Personally, I had a pretty good idea it was going to come to this, I'm not surprised. We don't add charging priveleges to our room key either, but since we usually get the meal plan, for us it means less digging for cards. Now as far as being able to secure fast passes when your not even in the parks, that I'm NOT crazy about. I don't think that would be to fair, sometimes it can be a challenge to get a FP you want on certain attractions amongst the people who are there with you, let alone having someone sitting at home having already secured that particular time slot. What would be the fun if

Hey everyone, What campgrounds have ya'll used that are right on the Georgia state line or into Florida. I would like to stay in one that has a pool and has fairly easy access to 75 on our way to the Fort.

Our TT is a 2009 and last year we had to replace a tire because the sidewall was splitting. We check our tires prior to leaving as well, but I was wondering about the Lug Nuts, How often are they supposed to be greased?

Everyone has given you great ideas. The one thing I did during our first few trips was have a small notebook, because inevitably just when you think you have it all, when you go to cook you've forgotten something. When that happens, you can jot it down and get it when you get back.

Thanks for the feedback. Right now we are staying at FW. I certainly can't make a decision about something that hasnt even happened, but I do appreciate everyones thoughts.

Ok, just want to hear from you guys what you would do. Right now the free dining plan runs thru the end of March. But, I know Disney has in years past, when one expires the next one is right behind it. So we are still booked for FW the first week of June, but I recalculated our stay at Port Orleans with a free DP and we would save $500. Granted we would save money if we didn't book the DP for our June trip, but unlike you Lucky Florida Fiends,we are only able to come down about every other year. So we really enjoy eating out. I hope all that makes sense. Any thoughts are welcomed. Dorie

Glad you enjoyed Red Top, we have stayed there several times since it is about an hour south of us. Never had a problem always happy. They have several trails which parallel the Lake, great fishing and swimming at the Lake.The unfortunate thing is they closed the beautiful Lodge that is there. We always enjoyed eating there when we camped. State budget constraints have closed several in GA. :'(

Actually anyone feel free to reply. But I was wondering, is the bus system at all set up different at FW, then say CBR?. Could someone explain the color code system to me (purple etc.) I know when we've stayed at CBR, the bus will say "internal" or something like that. I hope I made sense. Will the busses actually say "Purple,orange" etc.

Oh my gosh, your TR brings back so many happy memories from the first time we took our girls to Disney. They were 3 and 9. It doesn't matter whose children they are. The look of pure excitement in their eyes are the same for everyone. They still get excited to go everytime, but I will never forget their first trip. Love your report.
