  1. Yes, it was my parents, DW's parents and my younger brother and his fiance. (he actually got engaged on this trip). My sister is pregnant and a school teacher and couldn't come on this trip.
  2. Sunday was pretty much a free day as well. We left and went to the outlets in the morning. Then we decided to go look at a resort we had never been to and get some lunch. My wife picked Animal Kingdom Lodge. Here's our first time on the bus this trip. Here we are checking out the scenery We had reservations for HDDMR for dinner so we headed back to get ready for that after lunch. We have been going to Disney since I was 6 and this was my first time doing HDDMR and the whole family loved it. My brother was the Indian scout and it was hillarious. Here's a few sho
  3. Thanks Dave. I am trying to watch the list as I post. Thanks! We got our t-shirts on our last trip to Disney. We stopped by to scope out the Fort to see if it was something we wanted to try. That was before I came across fort fiends. It was just myself, DW and DS in our camper. Everyone else was staying at POP. Thanks! I will be on the lookout for the Doc. I actually thought about the Looper thing as I posted that picture. We go to Disney at different times, so the birthday thing might work out every few years, but he really liked it! Welcome aboard!
  4. I am pretty sure they make cables to hook an ipad to a tv. There may be a way to do it wirelessly, but I don't keep up with apple products.
  5. So we got up Saturday morning to drive the rest of the way to the Fort. Here we are at a rest stop on the way. Saturday was check-in then we went and picked up our cart from Kenny. We were cooking for my family that night in celebration of my son's 4th birthday. But first we decided to explore a little bit. Here is DW and DS checking out the beach. Beach selfie with the family in the background. Doing some looping. That was all we had time for before we had to get back to the camper and cook for my family. We had hobo packets (or at least that's what we call them). Sor
  6. It was a nice place to stop. Small but quiet. A good place to get some rest for a night. Thanks! Thanks! The campground was right off I-95 at exit 1 in Georgia. Right before you crossed into Florida. It looks like mostly people stopping in for a night on long trips.
  7. My Internet just went down at work, so I will continue as soon as it comes back.
  8. Thanks to all of the information that I got from reading on this site, our first trip to Fort Wilderness was a great one. We were there for the week of Labor Day, and other than the weekends, we had the place to ourselves. We were leaving on a Friday after work coming from NC, so we decided to pace ourselves and stop for the night at the Georgia-Florida line. I snapped just a few pictures of what the campground we stopped at looked like. I am new to photo bucket and trying to post pictures on forums, so I will try this and see if it works. Thanks for bearing with me!
  9. I was there for this and staying in the 1400 loop. That tree had broken in half and half of it was on the ground one morning when we were leaving. I would venture to day it was diseased.
  10. Just booked through Kenny for my upcoming stay. Looking forward to it!
  11. Glad everyone was ok. It kind of looks like your truck took it's dentures out.
  12. Great update. Lots of progress. It forces you to work like crazy when you already have your vacation planned. Your little girl is definitely not camera shy. Looking forward for the progress after the long weekend.
  13. I agree that this is the best Snow White that I have seen. These are some great pictures.
  14. I was hoping to request the 1400 loop for our trip in 60 days. Hopefully it will be back open by then.
