The sandwiches are gigantic - definitely enough to share or wrap up for later if you're not starving.  Found this pic online...

That looks really good - I could see DH and I splitting a sandwich that size - we don't eat big, just often!

I don't think I would have thought to go to WL for lunch - but it's a great location on the way back to FW from MK.

I thought about doing the Akershus princess lunch at Epcot one day, but that's such a hike to get back to the cabin for naptime...

Does anyone like any of the places at the monorail resorts?  It would be fun to check out the different resorts midday.

Last time at MK we did Crystal Palace one day and also the Plaza one day.  Really liked them both!  On park days, we are most likely at MK in the morning.

Monorail loop - hmmm.  Kona for Lunch!  That was easy.

MK - The Plaza, hands down.

AK - Flame Tree BBQ CS; Yak & Yeti TS - I've eaten there three times and never been disappointed by food or service. (Get the Fried Green Bean appetizer and the Fried Wontons for dessert!)

EPCOT - Chef's de France TS; I like the Tangierine Cafe CS

The Studios - Sci-fi Cafe TS; I don't eat CS here!

The best Food Court at WDW for lunch or dinner ... Pop Century  :rofl2:

Cosmic Rays has a pretty good rotisserie chicken.  How do you spell rotisserie?  It's good anyway, and it comes with really good mashed potatoes and green beans.

You had me with grilled cheese... we will DEFINITELY hit the Poly one day!!  :D  Is that Kona?

That chicken sounds pretty good too - I am a meat-n-potatoes girl and green beans is one of the few veggies I like - oh, the choices!

Sounds like Yak & Yeti and Flame Tree are good choices for AK - Do you generally need and ADR for Yak & Yeti?  We have pretty good luck with walking up to some TS - like Plaza - but others are a no-go.

Thanks for all the input - lunch is the main meal we all 3 sit down and eat together at the same time while we are at WDW.  Dinner is usually just whenever someone gets hungry, we feed them.  :rofl2:

Yak & Yeti is usually a walk-up for lunch - I've done that twice with Mom.  In fact, we went there at 11:55 on Tuesday and were seated 3 minutes later ...

Get the Fried Green Bean appetizer!  You also want to order the Fried Wonton dessert!

By the way, the chicken at Cosmic Rays is one of the best deals on property, and it comes with a show - Sonny Eclipse.

The grilled cheese and Dole Whip are at Captain Cook's Snack Co.... the food court-type CS at the Poly.

Oh perfect!  We love to find cool CS to eat at - we are not meal-plan people - always OOP.  Going to the Poly would be super-easy after a long morning at MK.  Then we can just stay on the monorail back over to CR to catch a boat back to the Fort.

I think I've got it - we will have probably 3 park days where we go to MK in the morning, so one day is Captain Cook's, one day is Cosmic Rays and the other day is Crystal Palace.  CP is a great character lunch - and not as pricey as some others.

Thanks for all the help!!!
