Now that they have multible rangers.. some older some still in high school,, they need training,, they all have LITTLE man syndrome,, BIG flashlight.. and I wil leave the rest alone.. When we were there in November we saw them giving a lot of people a hard time,,

Giving people "a hard time" isn't going to make things any better. They simply need to calmly and fairly enforce their own rules. Easy peasy.

HOW they do that, in a way that doesn't piss everyone off and actually accomplishes something, is definitely a matter of training.

I don't think having multiple rangers is anything new. What is new is the Forts middle management and he has his own operational guidelines.
