I don't recall having seen this here yet, but I just found this info on Chip and Company...

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground

  • Jan. 28 – Feb. 1, 2013: Frontier Way mill and overlay will occur.
  • Feb. 11 – Aug. 2, 2013: Cabin and camp site concrete pad repairs will occur.
  • Feb. 25 – Aug. 1, 2013: Home leveling of cabins may occur.

some have settled differently at one end that at the other. But in 2 years they're all being removed & new buildings put in (plus different parking arrangements, etc.

We didn't notice any sloping in our cabin in December. We really liked ours. I hope they dont try to cram more in. The parking was tough and if we had brought my Suburban we would have been sticking out a little bit into the road.

sorry, I forgot to check back on this topic. The cabins are mobile homes. They are not designed for last forever. They will be removed and 'lookalike' cabins will be built in their place. The area for parking is supposed to be increased. And of course a new cabin loop or two may be added
