Or... just swing by our site around 10-11am.

Because nothing says camping breakfast like bacon, eggs and tater tots.

    #DontLeaveHomeWithoutEm

Love tater tots for breakfast. Throw them in the toaster oven while I’m cooking the bacon.

off subject, but don’t you think they need more places to get sushi?

  2. For about the last year and a half to two years we’ve been using Walmart delivery at WDW.
i can order our groceries a week before we arrive. And I usually have them delivered Right after we plan on checking in. They give you a one hour window of when your groceries will be delivered and you can pick your times for the delivery. The drivers will call you when they are on their way.

I believe it cost eight dollars for the delivery plus we tip the driver.

Just stopped in at the Meadows and took a peak in their cooler:  $5.50 for a 20oz bottle of “Smart” water.  Mercy!😳

Tom laughed and said, “you wouldn’t be very smart, if you bought that” 😂

How much is a bottle of Evian water?

i bet it’s about the same price.
you’d have to pretty naivE to pay that much for water!!!  Lol!!!

    Agreed.

see "$2000+/night bungalows are always booked"

    But at $2000/night that’s $250/ person/ night.  Bungalows sleep 8 people

They are supposedly going to be $1440 per person for a two night stay or $720/ person/ night.  That’s almost three times as much as one of the highest priced rooms at WDW.

That seems really steep to me and I’m a long time star wats fan who would love to experience it.   I think I would do it if I could get the “cabin” for half that price for my family of four

We got two reservations for Oga's in October.

was able to get two lunch reservations while we're there. Which is a misnomer, as there's not actually any food to be purchased...

What do you mean they have no food for purchase? They’ve got oatmeal for breakfast and for lunch and dinner you can get

    Batuu Bits

Crispy Galaxy Snack Bits with Spiced Chermoula Dip

    $8.00

Whatever that is. I too was able to grab a couple solo lunch reservations in November. But I’m definitely not going there for the beer or food. I don’t really drink alcohol  but will have a beer on occasion but who the heck wants lavender or banana flavored beer?

I wish they would have at least one normal beer and a couple of food options

My feeling is that they previously purchased passes in bulk at a good price from Disney and were passing a slight savings onto their members.

How do these prices compare to pass prices before the big increase?  It's like buying Disney gift cards from the clubs, there was a slight savings.

Now with Disney's new price gouging these prices are a big difference.

We renewed are passes last month and the renewal was just over $800. But that’s with the 15% discount for renewing.  I believe the regular price was around $950.

So they are cheaper through Sam’s then they were before the price hike.

    On a similar note.

We have an odd grocery store in town that sells close out items, overstocks, and oddities that just didn’t sell that good.

Anyone need a case of jet puffed marshmallows for $2.00?

2 weeks ago, they got in Disney Mickey head rice krispy treats.  These were the ones from the parks. There were 6 original ones in a bag for $1.99, and 4 chocolate dipped ones in a box for $2.99. The box looked like they were sold at the resort gift shops.

Couple days ago they got in the chocolate dipped ones in a bag, same price as the Un-dipped originals. These had the Minnie Sweets wrappers on them.

Just waiting for them to get the Mickey Bars!

A few weeks ago a friend took me to Cast Connections and they had tons of Mickey rice crispy treats. Don’t remember the price but they a lot of them.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the line go to a Galaxy far, far away.

Long lines are here to stay I'm afraid. When Rene and I went to AK for an early extended hours rope drop by the time we got to the line for Flight of Passage the wait was four hours. WE didn't expect anything like that 9 months after it opened during the month of February. Sadly there are just too many people for too few marquee rides.

    That’s crazy!

we were there Memorial weekend and the line was about 1.5-2 hours long both times I visited AK.

Luckily i had FPs both times.

If you ever make it out you have to let us know we could be your personal tour guide.

Yes on Dole Whip but think the only place for beer would be the golf course, which they also own.

We have done both but mostly kids got the wrist bands we did tickets.

You know I’ll take you up on that.

The Nickle Plate, at the golf course, is we’re i saw alcohol on the menu.

“At a certain point, if we have to, then we’ll start to ask them to leave the land,” said Disneyland vice president Kris Theiler.

Disneyland expects that most visitors will find four hours to be more than enough time to explore the new 14-acre Star Wars land.

“Four hours is a long time in the land,” Theiler said. “Most guests are going to find that they’re ready to roll after four hours.”

Stragglers will be dealt with by the First Order stormtroopers patrolling the land.

The reservation system has been designed to manage crowds and minimize wait times while keeping the land below capacity.

The wait time for Smugglers Run will balloon if everybody entering Galaxy’s Edge heads straight for the attraction. Disney hopes to disperse visitors throughout the land during the reservation-only period and persuade riders to postpone their journey on Smugglers Run until the second or third hour of their visit when wait times will be less.

“We want each group to feel like they had an awesome experience,” Theiler said.

Disneyland will use the upcoming employee previews to see how visitors behave in the land and make adjustments before the May 31 grand opening of Galaxy’s Edge.

Again. Does this guy think die hard fans are just going to leave when asked?   They will go kicking and screaming!

no die hard fan is going to be ready to roll after four hours.

Are they going to limit each guest to one turn on smugglers cove?

if not I can see people getting off the ride and right back into line.  Making wait times even longer.

I wonder when the last time this guy visited a park with his family and actually waited in line for a ride.

This is only for the first 3 weeks, when admission into Galaxy's Edge is going to be by reservation only, anyway.  I assume that Disney will not overbook the attendance, so that everyone can get through the ride in a timely manner.  It's not like they will be allowing everyone who wants to, to get in line, the way they have done with other openings.  This one is going to be MUCH more limited.

You know what happens when you assume?    Lol!

When was the last time Disney limited the attendance to any park?  They’re crowded in January now a days

I was at animal kingdom opening week of avatar.  We went one Tuesday and Wednesday and it was a nightmare.   The CMs tried there best to control crowds but it was worse then the MK on Christmas Day.  6+ hour waits.

I hope your right that they keep the wait times to 2 hours or less.  But i doubt it based on past experiences at Disney.

And do they reallly expect these die hard star ward fans to leave?

i guess we will have to wait and see.
