If being close to a comfort station is your #1 priority (no pun intended), then indicate that if you do on-line check in, and make sure to state that in your fax to the site assigner.  If you say that you only want the 900 loop,  depending on what sites are already occupied on your arrival date, you may not get a site close to the comfort station.  If you say that the loop isn't as important as being close to a comfort station, your chances of being close to a comfort station increase, as there are many more options open to the site assigner.  Since you'll have a golf cart, being in the 900 loop shouldn't be that big of a priority.

I'd go for closet space and you can always build or purchase a ladder.

Tough thing about that... is rude people (unfortunately) can happen in any loop    Just because people have an RV or cabin, it doesn't mean that they use it to "talk".  Now, an RV/cabin might help you sleep a little (if your A/C is very loud)... but rude people can sit outside their RV and "talk" for hours...and hours... and hours.

Next time, try calling the front desk and ask them to give a courtesy visit to the neighbors.  Doesn't always help, but it can.

Understand! Like I said, when the groups come in, the Loop is a disaster.

I have also been in that loop when it was practically empty. It's spooky back there when it's empty.

I have a love/hate relationship with Loop 2000. Love the layout and size of the sites.....

Hate when the Loop is overtaken by large rowdy groups...

    Oh WELCOME!

This is all well and good, but you have no right to call one of Steve's customers and question them about serial numbers or anything else. Since Steve apparently left your company and chooses to rent carts on his own, it's basically none of your business what the relationship is between him and his customer.
However, if the reservation and committment for the cart in question was placed through Steve while he represented your company, then you do have a dog in this fight. This still does not give you the right to question the customer though. Your conversations should have been directed to Steve and not Cinderella73.
I certainly appreciate your joining here and clearing up your association with Steve as it is something that has been in question for a while now. Perhaps if you had done this much sooner, then this whole matter wouldn't exist and Cinderella73 could have been spared some anxiety and stress. I also feel that Steve could have done the same when he finalized the transaction.
Point is, it is unfair and very unprofessional to involve the customer in a business to business quarrel.:argh:
