So, who's signing up for next year? We are already starting to make tentative plans. I'm going to have to convince DD that we don't have to stop for pictures with every character though. My son-in-law wore some kind of tracker that tracks your time when you are active, but not when you are standing around. After looking at our results, I discovered that we spent over 40 minutes in line waiting for photos with characters during the race. I think we waited around 10 minutes for Tink and Periwinkle, and I know we waited for Minnie for close to 20 minutes. The rest had very short waits, but it a

I agree, don't worry about your time. My daughter and I did the 10k last year and were so worried about our time that we skipped getting our pictures taken with some of the characters along the way. I still haven't forgiven myself for not stopping for Jiminy Cricket! We finished in plenty of time with thousands after us. And we mostly walked.

We are leaving bright and early Thursday morning to do the 10k! It will be me, my youngest daughter, and her husband. We are going to be dressed up as dalmatians (if we ever finish our costumes!). We also have two friends from California flying in to do it with us, but they aren't dressing up. No Fort for us this trip since it is such a short trip. We'll be staying at Old a Key West. So if you see a trio of dalmations walking around, stop by and say hi.

No TOT 10 miler next year??? My daughter and I were thinking of doing it next year.

We used out TSM FPs yesterday. We arrived at the ride at 3:40. There was a little bit of a line, but it moved quickly. We were walking off the ride at 4:05. Not bad at all...except that DH beat me again! I have no idea why they are doing this, but I think a lot of people were pretty upset about it.

Heading over there now to try to use our FPs from yesterday. I'll let you know how it goes. Then it's off to watch our 4 year old grandson do the Jedi Training and then Mickey's Backyard Barbecue! It's going to be a busy evening, and then tomorrow we head home.

Just got back from checking out Memento Mori's. What a great shop! They had all kinds of cool things that I've never seen in any other shop. Lots of cute t-shirts, home decor, etc. They had the HM Magicbands, and I almost bought one until they told me it doesn't do anything special. We bought our grandson the Olaf one, and it plays music or something, but the HM one doesn't. I'll stick to my free Magicbands! We didn't do a Spirit Photo, but they looked really cool, and seemed to be very popular. Definitely a fun shop worth checking out!

We rode Maelstrom on Sunday. We got in line before World Showcase officially opened and the wait was 10 minutes. By the time we got off, the wait was up to 50 minutes! I doubt that ride has seen lines like that in a long time. Although I was never a huge fan of Maelstrom, it was kind of sad riding it for the last time.

I went in the new store briefly the other day, and then ran out when I realized the Dooney's were at Uptown Jewelers instead! I am hoping to really check out the store tomorrow. I'll be on the lookout for twin #2!

I'll definitely keep that in mind for the next trip. The Camping World campground worked out great. We just paid the next morning at the store. Thanks everyone for all your help and suggestions!

It all worked out. We asked them if we can come back tomorrow and use the FP, and they told us to check at the FP window. We went there and they told us to check at Guest Relations. Since we were heading out, we ran by there and they were great. They gave us a FP for any time tomorrow for all members of our party. Great customer service, Disney!

Time for our Toy Story FPs, and the ride is down. We've been hanging out for the last hour waiting to ride it. I hope it starts working soon.

Unfortunately it's hard wired, so we can't unplug it. He has unplugged the RV and then plugged it back in, but that didn't help. It's a brand new transfer switch, so if it is bad, they will need to replace it. A few minutes ago, DH noticed that it might be getting a little quieter. I'm hoping he's right!

I think they determined that it is the transfer switch that is making all the noise. It's crazy!I like the idea of teaching it the words. Should I teach it It's A Small World, or in honor of Halloween, the Boo To You song???

Thanks, Lotna, but we are just going to have to tolerate the humming until we get home. We called the place that did all the repairs on Friday and they basically said to bring it back when we get home. Toby had them listen to the humming and they did say that it is much louder than it should be. We thought about calling Camping Connection, but that will just cost us even more money. The place that did the repairs needs to make it right! We are going to sleep on the pull out sofa and keep the A/C fan running to drown out the noise like we've done the last two nights. There's no way I can sleep
