I have been studying the plans for a half hour now and still shaking my head. It looks like in a nutshell they are restricting access into WDW property and allowing more access out. What the Fort? Both exit ramps NB Epcot Center Dr at Buena Vista will be eliminated. A new WB Buena Vists to SB Epcot Center will be created as well as a new SB Epcot Center from Overpass access. My only thought (and it's a stretch) is that they want most of the traffic on Epcot Center Dr to be for Epcot. Uggh.

Maybe the Mouse is using this tactic to their advantage to end the use of selfie sticks. Think about it. Would an 'entitled' person, with a 'selfie' attitude, in this 'me' generation listen to the warnings of the CMs (for the future) or be humbled by a bunch of irate guests that just got their ride taken from them?

All the reminiscing got me to jump 'over there' and take a look at what's going on. Site has changed a bit. New format. The camping board tho is lumped into one forum, no sub-forums. Found this diddy... Had a great weekend at the Fort, except the pools were too crowded. Being resort guest, you have the privilege of enjoying the other resort amenities, so we hopped on the boat over to the WL and enjoyed their pool, which was almost empty. Then, after being scolded... Sorry, should have been more specific. You can pool hop among "sister resorts". The Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilde

Well, getting this report started is taking longer than I anticipated. Please be patient while I finish some work obligations and deal with a lame computer. In the meantime, some responses. The last time I was there in summer was with family trips back in the late 70's.
