On to day 2. The next morning we slept in a little bit. We only made it there by 9. hehehe. We headed back to Disneyland to go check out some more of the rides. We were hoping to do the Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye but it was down. This was a common thing with this ride while we were there. The ride vehicle is the same as the on for Dinosaur in Animal Kingdom. One time after waiting through the line for 45 minutes we were probably 20 people away when they had some kind of power issue and the AC and lighting quit. We were on emergency lights for about 15-20 minutes before

I loved the plantation look of the haunted mansion there. I personally don't like the castle very much. It's to pink for me and way to short.

I will also offer an apology to Pam. She and her family were very kind to us when we were with them in July and she did not deserve a hijack of these proportions.

We are back and waiting for the Soundsational parade to come by. I had thoroughly checked out the parade route and which direction it would be running in. I even picked out the spot we would be watching from and would you believe it. We actually sat on a bench to watch a parade. Thats right a bench. They have them all over the place in Disneyland. They need to have more benches in Disney World. Anyway. We got to the post I had picked out. It was just to the right of the castle heading towards Fantasyland. We were maybe 30 minutes early and while sitting there we could smell this delicious arom

That's definitely true Stef. Disneyland is much more compact. That was part of the reason for so much land in FL. Room to expand and grow.
