My husband is saving up for his lightsaber. We are going to watch the results of the experience over the next year, to decide if it will be worth it.
Same here with the Droid I know it will not be worth it, but the experience of building it may be worth it for my daughter.

A fellow Mouse Counselor got us reservations for Oga's. I have a reservation for Savi's. Can't wait to make my lightsaber.
My daughter choose droid which is cheaper so I was good with that.

Got a reservation for Oga''s and the Droid shop. Had to do it on the website the app crashed, you even had to wait your turn on the website.

Thanks for the up date

Glad you got back on the road.

There is also Donnie he was stacktester on here. He doesn't come on here much any more but I am sure you could find him on Facebook. He was camping at the fort when we were there in May, so we got to hang out.

I only sat there once in 40 years and ate a turkey leg. I won't miss it.

It was definitely very crowded. Seaside was absolutely gridlocked. The area is definitely popular judging by all of the out of state tags from far off states.
Hopefully we will back at the Fort for spring break. She will have to build some vacation time back up. In the meantime we will be taking short trips once she feels better.
Nice report, sorry that your wife is having to go through that. The only thing I see you forgot to do is eat at the Donut Hole. That place is great.

Great report. We were up that way for a week in June. I couldn't get over the traffic and crowds. The local business owners told us that the whole area is so much busier because of the storm damage to Panama City and east from last year. We had long waits at all the restaurants we visited- even on week nights. Never encountered that before.
Sorry to hear you won't be camping for a while. Hopefully that surgery will go well and here's to a fast recovery.
TCD
We were there last summer and it was packed then there was a wait for everything night or day. There were so many people it wasn't that much fun. So we stayed at top sail most of the time.

Good vlog! That's my favorite show at WDW.
Michael, she's growing up fast. Blink and she'll be a teenager. My 13 yr old told me last week that her first car needed to be a Raptor lol.
Thanks. She is growing very fast. And she is already truck shopping. Hew wants are my 3500 mega cab or a black f250 lifted with 40" tires. I told her she will get her mom's f150.
But she would happily take a Raptor. She is definitely my daughter.

Great video! I almost felt like I was there with you.
We have many fond memories of the Legend of the Lion King. My son got to be part of the show when he was 4 and it was one of those "small world" moments for me. When the dancer knelt down beside him and asked him if he wanted to be in the show, she glanced up at me for permission. We both froze because we knew each other - she was the student of one of my dance teacher friends. I knew she was working at Disney, but did not know that she had moved to the Legend of the Lion King show - it was just her second week. It was an almost surreal experience.
That is a really neat story. While we were there I was thinking back to when my nephew was 5 and got pulled into the show, now he is 18 and having fun on his own.

Just searched camp gulf. 2 nights in the sites close to the beach showed $371.
We went during spring break I think it was a little cheaper and we were 1 row back from the beach. To me it was not a campground. It was more of a place to park your camper and be able to walk places down the beach and drink a beer. It was fun.
-
Go rent a cabin on motel on a river then you will see high. But I agree $100.00 a night is to much for a camp site. When we stayed a Camp Gulf 3 years ago that was crazy high. Although now I think it's about what the Fort cost.

Video is very cute. Can't wait to see her shop as a teen. Not sure that horseback riding will be much of a tool for negotiation then.
Thanks. Not looking forward to teen years but honestly I think they will be fun with her.

Come on Dad, you know Daisy wants the Minnie Mouse dress, don't you? Or does she?
Cute video and covered a lot of merchandise.
Thanks, I made a deal with her not to get it, I took her horse back riding at the Fort instead.

This is from our last trip, as a adult that is over 6' it's funny to watch a video filmed at a kids height and see things at there level. Reminds me of being a kid.

I like all of it. Just wish they would do a nice cap. The last cap the patch was way to big.

Sorry for your loss.

I didn't realize my wife got me not paying attention to the fountain machine. It's towards the end.
