Finishing up the 3rd. After dinner, several of us rode the golf carts up to the beach to watch the American Celebration fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. Great fireworks, but no music. Howdy folks here is my trip report for our SHORT trip to the Fort with the Mouse-ke-T@B. Most of the threads have been about kid disabilities, just thought I would share my thoughts on some of the stuff my DH deals with when camping. The Fort is just about the most accessible place I've ever been as far as the lay of the land. Sidewalks everywhere, everything very flat and plenty of asphalt in all the right places. Our disability problems mainly have to do with mobility issues. We solve most of those with the ECV and we do things like I pull DHs socks off before he heads to the shower and we have finally found some hard soled slippers that he can get on and off easily. I said partial, but...... That's cause that's where I've stayed the most over the years. I've stayed at all levels of sites except preferred and the cabins. For future trips, it's probably gonna be full or premium.

VERY nice bath rooms. (Yes, I mean bathrooms just like you have at home!!). There is not much shade.
