You may have a loose receptacle (worn out ) or it could be a weak breaker. Do you have a 50 to 30 adapter? Plug into the 50, they don't get used as much so the connection is tighter. You are probably close to the 30 amp load as well, 15 amps for the air, higher when it kicks in and 13 amps for the water heater.

Also, just a warning, especially in 1600, the front post plug is usually on the breaker of your neighbor. Our lights and golf cart charger kept cutting off.  I felt weird going to my neighbor's site and flipping the circuit breaker on his post to get our stuff running again.
