That seems like a great price for something that could become a showpiece.  I'm guessing they aren't showing photos of interior for good reason.

I'm almost positive that it's gutted. But from the perspective of someone who likes to rehab old campers, that's almost a good thing. Less places for water damage, rodents and other surprises to hide.

To be done right, I'm sure it's a down to the frame and studs remodel

A couple years ago I followed Mark Polk as he re-did a smaller Yellowstone.  It took him nearly a year and much of what went into it was donated from sponsors.  Of course he and his son had to do the tear out and rebuild to hold the donated features.  I could see a major investment in time and $$$$ on this Tin Can.  20 years ago, maybe .....
