BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Mmmm Roaring Forks has super sammies. And they're HUGE. We almost always take at least a half a sandwich back with us.And we're hardly "dainty" eaters. :)
BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
Little known fact.... you do not need an ADR to eat at the sushi bar at California Grill as long as there are open seats (and there often are).We had the good fortune to sit there one night and have head sushi chef Yoshi all to ourselves. She's been there since 1995 and is considered one of the best sushi chefs in the U.S. and is quite a character. Watching her interact with the rest of the staff at CG you get the feeling that she the woman in charge.. and doesn't take any baloney. This is the place we think has THE best sushi on Disney property. Here are 2 of our favorites...Spicy Kazan Rollcrab, shrimp, bay scallops, tuna and fireball sauceI could eat a vat of the scallops/sauce on top of this...Tuna 3 WaysPoki, Tartare, and Tataki Too darned pretty to eat - almost. Every little bit on this plate is edible, and delicious!!
