TCD...here's what works for me, as DD7 and DD9 love "shaped" pancakes. Those are not molds for the pancakes, they're cutters! (at least at our house) Make bigger round pancakes, and cut the shapes out after they are done. Works every time. Oh...and at our house, daddy's breakfast (that would be mine) consists of the pancake "scraps" cut off during the all-important shaping...

Budget tip - At some of the buffets if you ask for one the last seatings at either Breakfast or Lunch you will pay the price for the meal you're seated for but have the choice of both meal's foods on the buffet line. For example - say the last Breakfast seating at Crystal Palace is at 10;55 and lunch starts at 11. You pay for Breakfast but may enjoy lunch choices too.
