  1. LOL! That's what my husband said too. And I said "Ummm, look at me, 7 months pregnant in September/early Oct is already pushing it. No way could I go that far only 6 weeks from my due date, especially since I tend to have the babies early." He replied, "Oh yeah, I forgot about that!"
  2. Well, not this time. We have no experience towing so DH needs to do some shorter trips first. Our first trip with it would probably be in late April 2012.
  3. This is what we're after: :heart:http://www.kitsmillerrv.com/cf/store/productdetailp.cfm?productid=2158 You have to scroll down to see the pictures. Dh is headed up there right now to discuss things further. i should know in an hour or 2.
  4. We've been negotiating back and forth with the dealer on the TT we love. Thanks to your suggestions we knew to start off offering 30% below asking price. We are now at our final price limit, we won't go any higher. Waiting on pins and needles to hear if they will accept our offer or not. If they do, DH will be putting down a deposit today!
  5. Just checked it out and it's a great page, very helpful. Thanks for posting it!
  6. We were there in February and loved it. We really ate our money's worth in crab legs. The desserts are great too.
  7. We LOVE Pepper Market too! we'll be visiting it a few times this next trip during our 4 night stay at CSR.
  8. WC is one of our favorites! It's been over a year since we've been so I hope it hasn't gone downhill. We are going this September so I'll let you know what we think when we get back.
  9. We love Rose and Crown too. After reading your review, I wish we would have booked it again for our upcoming trip!
  10. Thanks so much, I will pass your advice along to my husband. We would be so hapy to get that much off!
  11. We went looking today at TT's. Looked at 2 dealerships. First guy was very knowledgeableand honest about what we can tow with our van and about teh models we looked at. 2nd guy told us we could tow up to 11,000 lbs . He then proceeded to show us several very nice TT's and competely made up weight and length numbers off the top of his head. We loved a lot of what he showed us, but would never buy from him and after looking them up online when we got home several were over our weight limit. Anyway, we fell in love with the first one we saw at the first dealership. It's a 2012 Bullet Premier
  12. I've looked at so many I can't remember. Thanks for the suggestion, I'm off to look at them online now!
  13. Thanks, we are going looking tomorrow. I am so excited! I would be so surprised if any of our kids ever opted out of a trip to WDW (they are all obsessed like my DH and I, LOL), but who knows! We thought about the idea of a tent behind the TT as well and that may be an option. Hoping we can get as close to our dream TT as possible though since we are planning ahead to the years when we ahve grandkids as well. :D
  14. I've been looking...A LOT. I have found just a few models that may work for us, not much choice with the size we need and a lower weight. I am also having a hard time convincing my husband we can't get everything we want, but that we still want a TT. Wish me luck!
  15. I love that model you have, it would be perfect for us. Unfortunately, I am finding out that our Chevy express 3500 passenger van will not tow that much. I am not sure if we are going to be able to find something that will fit us and that we can tow.
  16. That Jayco Hybrid looks great too. We don't mind things being a little tight. If anyone sees or knows of anything else that might work please let me know, I am very thankful for all your help and knowledge.
  17. Thanks for all your advice everyone. So, what do you think we should look for in a gross trailer weight? Do you think we can even find anything that will sleep all of us in that weight?
  18. Thanks! I like that model. So you think our vehicle would be alright towing that? This is what we were really in love with: http://www.lakeshore-rv.com/cf/shopmast/productdetailp.cfm?productid=2694 Is it too heavy?
  19. Okay, did some research. Maximum trailer weight is 8,200lbs, GCWR is 14,000 lbs. GVW is 9,600. It's not looking good is it? I am confused as to why the Maximum trailer weight plus the vehicle weight is higher than the GCWR. We did buy the heavy duty towing package, does that make a difference?
