we have tons of consignment shops but the only problem is that they like to hold onto the stuff and not put it out for sale then say we could only sell that new with tags $25.00 shirt for $2.00! I would rather just give the clothes away rather then deal with that! It would be nice if they were not trying to scheme people all the time!!

I like to go to yard sales but having them is another thing.. now we will probably do one this year just to get rid of our mounds of baby clothes that we still have and if they do not sell they are going right to the goodwill store!

We camp at Gettysburg Battlefield Resort a lot being that we are members, we also camp at one of the sister resorts Sycamore lodge when we are passing through NC. Our most fav campground other then the Fort has to be Ocean Lakes in the HH section at Myrtle Beach. We also really like Shenandoah Crossings Resort in VA! On the Road we like to stop at Carolina Crossings cause its only $25 after 6pm and they got a nice pool with slide and a hot tub which is nice after a long drive. We try and do at least 3 Nascar Trips a year: Daytona Speedway on Lake Lloyd, Lot 2 @ Dover Speedway, and Charlotte Sp

I am not sure if anyone knows or not but if you do reserve and are not on the dining plan you have to pay for it in full at the time of the reservation.

Reserve ASAP like Lou said cause it fills up really fast. I had this reserved but decided to cancel for July cause of poor reviews lately.

I am very different when it comes to that. When I am on vacation I am NOT cooking or grilling and I like being able to pay for my meals upfront and not have to pay out of pocket at every place I eat. The food may not be gourmet at most locations but it is far better then the fair we get at home so I get the dining plan and run wild but do not schedule my parks around my dining it is very easy to cancel.

What really burns me is that they assume that it is only campers that would take advantage of the free dining and abuse it. I heard from my sister that someone at her work booked a package with 1 day of tickets at the poly and said they had 4 adults on the reservation (added her parents names) just to get double the free dining credits then when they got there they bought the extra tickets they needed for their trip and enjoyed being able to have 2 table service, 2 counter service, and 2 snacks for each of them for 2 weeks for FREE!!

now that would be nice but I am sure that would jack the price up on ticket & room/site prices!! :panic:

Yes it does.. nothing worse then being stuck in a monorail at the end of a hot day with stinky folks!!!
