We never let the price of fuel stop us from camping.. but it does not stop the bitching and tears at the pump! We paid $3.85 for diesel this morning and by noon it was $3.99! :rofl2:

Drummer boy Campground is a nice campground in Gettysburg that has 2 pools.. one with a series of slides and the other with a hot tub! The only downfall is that it costs $1.00 per slide if you do not buy the $10.00 a day wristband. Here is a pic of one of the sites we had there

Seen this at Dover Speedway.... It is rude to unplug someones camper from THEIR generator and plug yours in, then get all ticked off cause your pup was left with no air on!!! I was just at Gettysburg Battlefield Resort and I stayed in the Pickett Cabin (as I always do)! This place is really nice a members only type of campground but if you want a week free you have to put up with their sales pitch which we did in 2007! We waited for 2 years and bought someone elses membership for WAAAAAAY less then the campground is selling them for. We had purchased a solar globe that changes colors for the top of our flag pole and some ass decided that he was going to shoot his green laser at it which made it spark over the 4th of july holiday last year!! Hubby was more then pissed and was about to knock the guys block off cause the guy and his drunk pack of 15 or so people thought it was funny!
