We Fiends don't agree on everything (and what a boring place this would be if we did). I can see all sides of this issue. Shawn being frustrated and Fiends protecting a business that has treated them well. Remember about the only things Fiends completely agree on is that we love the Fort.

Shawn, no need to leave the site. If you wish to participate we would love to have you. Several members on the board have small businesses, they know that word of mouth is crucial to their business. We have had many trolls or single time posters come in and try to start things. I appreciate you coming back and clearing up the situation. I think you will find that the people that felt were questioning/insulting are really good people. They may be a little jaded by previous experience. I have not rented a golf cart from anyone (other than at the golf course) so I don't have anything to add other than as with any business get it in writing. Many here have used Kenny (and highly recommend him) and I checked his prices myself and they are definitely cheaper than renting from Disney.

I don't think we were necessarily FrIENDLY (and maybe rightfully so). It could just be a pot stirring troll (oh wait that is me) or even worse another business trying to harm another (we have seen it) or it could be someone who had a legitimate issue and was trying to warn others. I know that many here have used Kenny in the past and had great experiences. I think one thing that I have learned from this and an issue I saw at the other board is make sure you know what the policies are (deposit/cancellation/damage/etc.) You should have it in writing because it protects both parties. I am not going to knock Tee Time or Shawndb. We don't know what the situation is. I checked Tee Time's website and could find nothing on cancellation policy. I think for Fort Fiends it is best to show cancellation policy as: Call for details. Shawndb, Welcome to our board. Understand many here that are wary of new posters based on previous issues. Hopefully you will participate in the boards and we will get to know you (and you us).

I agree FWG. Shawndb have you followed up with Tee Time (or had the email they replied with said that 100% would be charged)? I am wondering if it could be a mistake that 100% was charged instead of 30%. Sorry to hear about this but follow up information would be appreciated. If the policy has changed we should update the information.

Glad I am a guy or I would be thinking I should probably shave my legs (this seems to be a reaccuring theme in the POV pictures). You have now explained to the rest of us why drinks are more expensive at Disney, makes since now that I know they have traveled the world to be able to make them.
