Camper Rental Package
h2odivers...Ray replied to Camper Rentals's topic in Off Property Rentals (Non Disney)
Welcome. -
Since this is going to be our first time ever RV camping I've really been trying to find the perfect RV site. I have reading a lot of post about sites and i don't understand why some people want to close to the comfort stations. It's seems to me that if your close to, next to the comfort station you'd have a lot of people traffic. I feel like I'm missing something because why would you want to be close to the bathroom when you have one in your RV?

Post Your Pictures From the Fort Here!
h2odivers...Ray replied to AuburnJen's topic in Pictures from the Fort
Great picture. Where was it taken at? -
Quick back ground on us. Me, DW, and DD8 have never been RV camping and are renting Donnie's 5th wheel and golf cart. Judy made our reservation for us in a premium site for December 28-January 5. After much consideration I think we would like 200 loop and Judy said she would try to change are rez. Well instead of asking what is your favorite site I want to know which site to stay away from. It's so hard to decide so I'm going to let Disney magic pick my site but I want to avoid a not so good site. Thanks

Golf cart rules
h2odivers...Ray replied to h2odivers...Ray's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Thank you. Renting Donnie's 5th wheel at Christmas and it comes with a golf cart. Wonder if it has lights? Need to ask Donnie. -
I think I've seen them before but I can't find them now. We have never been to the Fort and we will have a golf cart. Can someone please direct me to or send me the rules governing golf carts. Thanks P.s. Lou I will try to stay out of the way of all the buses, and if I get in your way let me know and I'll bake you an apple pie.

Dry Ice?
h2odivers...Ray replied to Tri-Circle-D's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
It actually will remove hail dings. However, you do have to use a blow dryer and you have to get the metal very very hot. Then when you place the dry ice on the heated metal it contracts and "pop" the dent out. Now before you try this keep in mind it only works on very small, non creased dings. And when I say small ding I mean small dings. When I tried this I thought I was going to pocket the money my insurance company gave me but the vast majority of hail dents remained. It was a waste of time and money because it only took out about 5 or 6 very small dents that where pretty much to smal -

Job at The TCD Ranch
h2odivers...Ray replied to ynottony99's topic in General Camping Discussion and Questions
Well maybe back in the day when you where young, circa 1890, they picked wheat. Now even in Oklahoma we have modern machinery. I'm sure you probably remember the dust bowl but no this to had passed. And no we had to fight for our land during the land run. At least we didn't fall for the mosquito infested swamp land back in the day. Also not only is Oklahoma OK, it's Great! Can you say Oklahoma Sooners football, Oklahoma Thunder. Also in 2008, Oklahoma was the only state in the union that Barack Obama did not win a single county in nor a single electoral vote. So thanks Florida for helpi -

Are you kidding me? This can't be real. I own a small farm/ranch here in Oklahoma and there is no way I could find a hand to work for me for $7.25/hr. I know it's WDW but will they really find someone to work for peanuts? -
Discounted park tickets?
h2odivers...Ray replied to h2odivers...Ray's topic in Budget Board and Disney Discounts
Ok. Thanks. That's who I received the newsletter from. Do you still get the extra magic hours, fast pass, etc as you do with regular Disney purchased tickets. What's the difference? If any? -
I receive a Disney newsletter in my email and they are offering discounted park tickets. I don't know if I can mention their name. Do the fiends have a source for tickets or is best just to get them directly from Disney? Pros and cons please. Thanks
