  1. BFF didn't even know she made them until he read this post, as he was already off to work. Also, everytime I pull up this thread I get an add for 'Eggs' at the top and bottom of the screen! Crazy. I hate eggs!
  2. Nice car designs. I like the limo-submarine concept. You have to be quick on those design stations to get the car you want. My kids can never make a decision on aspects of the design so we end up with some lame prototypes, and we have never seen them on the big screen at the end either, and by that time I am so tired of neon that I am not about to wait around to see if it pops up. That and I am a Ford man so Test Track is kind of like enemy territory.
  3. Maybe. On the plus side, maybe it will shorten EE lines. Adjusted for inflation, Avatar doesn't even crack the top 10 and was beaten by 2 of the 3 Star Wars movies and 101 Dalmations. Let's see a 101 Dalmations land first. Sequels almost never do as well as the original movie, so even if they make almost as much, it is still less than Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, which also beat Avatar, inflation adjusted. Sure didn't feel that way at Christmas time! Are you a Fort fiend or a Kool-Aid drinker, man? Fort Fiends bitch about stuff we hate but can't change, we call
  4. I cannot envision this being a success unless it has a kick ass ride or something that doesn't rely heavily on what the theme of it is. Also, was Avatar a big hit in Asia or Central/South America, as that is where a large portion of the crowds are from anymore, and as devores said in his TR, WDW has to cater to the international crowd. Either way....I am not waiting with enthusiasm for this turd.
  5. We never looped 2000 much as it is kind of out of the way but it would definately have SMB to be on this loop, if you weren't part of this group. See all those kids standing on the road behind us? That is about how they looked when we squeezed our cart around them. And maybe it was my judgemental imagination, but I got a "not of this land" vibe from them, so as we all know, forget couth or consideration. Fuego.
  6. Nice job on the trip report Dave. I am jealous and a little angry about all the cool stuff DL has and the crappy stuff they don't have... Haves: Short walks No lines Dumbo and Tink flying around castle Mr. Toad Iron man suits Superior Space Ranger Spin Matterhorn Pinocchio ride Snow White ride Alice ride Indiana Jones ride Characters just walking around Disney characters in IASW Toon Town Evil Queen looking out window 2 boats on RoA Elvis Don't haves: Busses with cranky drivers Rude people s
  7. It was really my own stupidity really. I thought a CM might actually have a brain in their head. We decided on a GAG based upon the fact that so many Fiends recommend them and I love the chicken at TE and HDDR. That and our previous GAG had blossomed to the HDDR. Now I like breasts (insert boob joke here) and so does BFM (insert lesbian joke here) but the Buckeye kids like legs. GAGS apparently come with a couple breasts, and the rest is an assortment of dark meat, unless you splurge and get the all white meat GAG, which costs more, although they do not tell you how much more on the sign.
  8. Question....I have always thought the term "Magic Kingdom" applied only to WDW's MK and Disneyland's was just known as "Disneyland". No?
  9. Way more sense. Interesting note....In that "state-up-North" they don't refer to those delicious morsels as Buckeyes....they call them monkey balls. Nasty "state-up-North". We think the same thing about people from Illinois...that they belong in prison that is. And since were talking mascots......what the Fort is an Illini? Aww. Bless your heart. :raspberry: I admit, that does sound silly. Most people don't say the "The" around here either. Ear Wagle.
  10. A Buckeye is a tree. A majestic, beautiful tree. But be careful, the nut is poisonous.
  11. A list of things I now know about Auburn.. 1. Apparently it is in Alabama. I didn't think enough people knew how to read in Alabama to require 2 colleges. 2. You can make alot of $$$ playing football there. 3. Their storage rooms are a mess. 4. They make up alot of stupid stuff....i.e. "War Eagle"? or "War Damn Eagle" if you really want to sound ignorant? Kissing in front of machinery that hasn't moved since 1870 and taking the fact that it still doesn't move as a sign that you should get "hitched" and move into the trailer park? Stepping on a circle means you have to drink nasty pond w
  12. No, I am at work and just popped on for a second. She is supposed to be cleaning the house since we are refinancing and the appraiser is coming Friday....so she is the one who is busted! GET TO WORK BFM!
  13. This is awesome. The Fort isn't even recognizeable prior to the last 30 years of tree growth. I do like the big trees better.
  14. Looks like $1978 for 2 adults in a cabin that week with the AP discount they are running - have to book by 3/31. Good Luck!
  15. My family just loves Typhone Lagone. We go there everytime we stay at Camp Wilderness.
  16. Actually looks pretty cool....they have really gone specifically into the "Tangled" theming - I immediately noticed the lanterns that are hanging all over the area. I predict a "Flynn Rider" meet and greet, similiar to Gaston by his tavern. Flynn Rider can be almost as entertaining as Gaston and could also work the open space like Gaston does.
  17. I am definately "anti taping of stupid shows at WDW". Now I have not been there when a stupid show is being taped but it seems to me that I, or any other working slob, have paid good money to go to the MK and walk where ever my Disney loving heart desires. I don't need to be walking down Main Street and have my progress impeded so that some no talent hack can walk without having me in their precious way. There are enough foreigners doing that already. And if I want to go on the train station platform and get a picture, I should be able to do that. That is what I paid my hard earned cash
  18. In, first! Nice Lady Tremaine block. Good luck on the school decisions, I don't envy that task.
  19. I don't know what type of TT you have or how many are in your family but I do know that Moho's are not roomier than TT's in general. Prior to getting our 5er, when we were in a 29 ft TT, we thought a C or a gas A was the next step, for the same reasons you mentioned. After a lot of internet research we went to the Hershey show and were able to see our floorplan in every line. We just couldn't see the 6 of us in one of those units. They were just too small. Maybe we could fit in a diesel pusher but no way we could take that hit. That being said, we did like the Jayco Grey Hawk and the Fle
  20. Here is my next purchase. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=1-X88O1Vixg
  21. Don't sweat it. I had to look up the correct spelling myself. Also, it just occured to me that Jasmine may not be a stripper, but she wears a strippers uniform.
