Stabilizers yes, but be sure to drop the tongue jack to make contact with the ground. If not, the front stabilizers would bear extra weight when the truck suspension compresses. I hope that made sense.

I have been studying the plans for a half hour now and still shaking my head.  It looks like in a nutshell they are restricting access into WDW property and allowing more access out. What the Fort?

Both exit ramps NB Epcot Center Dr at Buena Vista will be eliminated.  A new WB Buena Vists to SB Epcot Center will be created as well as a new SB Epcot Center from Overpass access.

My only thought (and it's a stretch) is that they want most of the traffic on Epcot Center Dr to be for Epcot. Uggh.

Would an 'entitled' person, with a 'selfie' attitude, in this 'me' generation listen to the warnings of the CMs (for the future) or be humbled by a bunch of irate guests that just got their ride taken from them?

Y'all - I just read something distressing on al.com.  The brilliant powers that be in Alabama are looking at closing 15 of our state parks, including DeSoto, on May 1.  Budget/funding excuses, yada yada.  I can't tell whether it is a for sure thing yet or not but it looks like it's going to happen.    Maybe things will turn around in time for another gathering there next year, especially since I missed it this year.  We'll see.  I'll let y'all know if I hear anythign more concrete.

This came up twice (maybe 3 times) in the NJ budget a few years back. Always found funding.

Had a great weekend at the Fort, except the pools were too crowded. Being resort guest, you have the privilege of enjoying the other resort amenities, so we hopped on the boat over to the WL and enjoyed their pool, which was almost empty. 

Then, after being scolded...

Sorry, should have been more specific. You can pool hop among "sister resorts". The Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness are considered this (that is why there is a boat between the two), plus we asked first before we did this. I may have been misled by the CM I asked, if so, sorry for posting incorrect information.
