I have a sharpie that could change that
I saw a craft booth where a person was buying the HF chairs and removing the back piece- it is blank- and using a sewing machine would put anything you want on it. I believe she was getting $50 for the chairs.

Congratulations, do we have to call you Doctor Thrill now?
-
I like those chairs also and if could get a discount would have the rocking one, just can not justify the price when I can get the non rocking one for about $20 from HF. They just don't say Fort Wilderness on them.

I think it makes complete sense in your case. Also, now you will be able to speak knowledgably (no clue how to spell that without spell correct) to your customers about it.
Also He is using it for information about WDW, should be a business expense and tax deductible.

Good start, looking for more soon.

We stayed a week at Anastasa several years ago and took the goast tour one night just for the fun and learn about it then. Had a lot of fun and learned some history about city legend maybe true or not, but had a good time and can say been there and done that and got the shirt that glows in the dark. Taking the GKs up for a week this summer if health will let me. Probably will not take tour again, once was enough.

Google haunted lighthouse St. Augustine and there are several articles about it.

Did you know that lighthouse is haunted?

We could not even get a land line until I was out of college, the line ended about 1/4 mile away and to get one we would have had to pay for [oles and wire, therefore no phone service. We lived out it the sticks, haven't moved except about 50 feet, but have even changed home town.

I think if underage kids are caught driving Disney golf carts, the carts should be confiscated for the rest of the stay and the users don't get back any $$.
Doesn't the rental agreement state all the rules pretty clearly?
When a person brings in a private cart, at check in they should be given a set of rules that they need to read, sign and return. Then if little Missy or Buddy are caught, the cart should be impounded until the people leave.
This is not only a under age problem, I have seen a lot of clearly old enough drivers that do not follow the rules. All you have to do is sit and watch and observe the traffic, speeding, passing stopped buses, careless driving, drinking while driving, and such happen all the time. Also a lot of people do not realize how unstable a golf cart is, raise it up and put oversize tires on it and it get worst, they turn over real easy at high speeds. The rules need to be followed or Disney just might no longer allow us to bring our carts. Don't get me started on loud radios or blowing horns every 10 seconds or loud mufflers.

I don't think she got arrested for allowing her son to drive the cart, I think it was her treatment of the officer that got her into trouble.

Anastasia sounds like a great state park. Unfortunately we're too long for the sites.
But really enjoying your report!
How long is your rig, Anastasa state park takes RVs to 40' long

Back to the original thread, seems like to me instead of renting a camper, it would be cheaper to buy a used unit and find somewhere to leave it in Florida if you come back several times a year if you don't want to tow it far. I paid less than 1000 for mine, had AC and was usable with no modifications. That is not much more than a week's rental fee. I think a fiend would be willing to store it if they were not responsible if something were to happen to it. I have several acres that are cleared and mowed regularly if needed.

I'm not a fan of gator no matter how it's prepared. On the other hand a nice pair of gator skin cowboy boots are right up there with python. Both of which are readily available in Florida.
I agree, don't really care for gator meat, but don't wear boots either, instep is too high to get them on.

Here's a link to the tiny one they caught about a month ago down around Okeechobee
http://www.cnn.com/2016/04/05/us/big-alligator-in-florida-irpt/
He was only about 15 feet.
No only do they get long, they also get wide, notice how big that one is in the article, must be at least 3-4' across, and they can run at a high speed, but only a short distance

Sorry, all the ladies are still recovering, catching up on work, being moms, and other stuff. My pictures are still in the camera in the trailer that I have not touched since I parked it Tuesday night.
Probable still recovering from the party, takes a while to get over some parties.

We own a 40 acre block of old phosphate pits (strip mine) that we purchased in the 1950s to water our farm. I saw a gator in mid 50 that was about 6' long, saw what I think was the same gator until early 2000s and he was at least 18-20' long, couldn't get any one to get a good measurement for me for some reason. He just dissappeared, probably died of old age. We still have a few in the pits and no longer use the water so no one brothers them and I enjoy seeing them when they are swimming around. Largest one I have seen lately has bee around 10'.

Must have left the door open too long

Almost every body of water in Florida, except your bathtub (do not leave door open too long), has a gator in it, they won't bother you if you don't bother them.

OK Yvonne, you have made us wait long enough, tell us about the good times you had.

I got a call from Fort Wilderness once when I had a reservation that I did not show up for and they call and wanted to know if I had forgotten, which I had, or if I had a problem on the way there. The call came early after first day. Cost me a days rental fee, but rest of reservation was canceled at no charge. So if someone does not show up, they know about it.

Knew I should have crashed that WWW, looking forward for what I missed.
