  1. With everything going on now a days it might have slipped peoples minds but we are not that far away from bookings for Halloween 2021 at the Fort to open up.

I am compiling my list of those who want campsites. If you would like on the list please send me an email to Jason@Mouse Counselors.com

I want to have it ready to go in advance because as we all know when it opens it will go quick. A one night deposit locks down a site and you can always cancel it later if you decide to. Decide you want one later and it becomes a lot harder.

The DREAM & FANTASY have both made a trip from Canaveral to Castaway Cay.  Probably to let the crew get off the ship and relax on the beach. Maybe they're doing some work while there too.

I believe the Magic has as well according to our friend on the Fantasy they are bringing supplies as well as getting some relax time on shore.

  3. Dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World have officially been announced and tickets are now on sale.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place from 7:00 PM to midnight on the select nights detailed below. If interested in attending, contact me to get your vacation planned for this Very Merry Christmas season.

Please note there have been reports of glitches on the website with tickets and purchasing coming and going. There is no immediate rush for these as typically the first party to sell out doesnt until the summer months.

    EVENT DATES

    November Dates: 11/8, 11/9, 11/12, 11/13, 11/16, 11/17, 11/19, 11/20, 11/22, 11/24, 11/29, 11/30

    December Dates: 12/3, 12/4, 12/6, 12/8, 12/10, 12/11, 1213, 12/15, 12/17, 12/18, 12/20, 12/22

    Hi,

We are camping in August, but with this new meal deal, thinking about camping for a week, then hotel for a week.  Is it easy to store the RV at the campground? What is the process for leaving it there for a week?  Cost?  Trying to figure if it would work out.

    Thanks,

Technically with out another stay after they may not let you leave it while at the hotel. With that said the hotels have provisions in place for parking of campers. If they have the space in an area of the parking lot they will direct you there. If they do not, like at say the Poly with it's tiny parking lot, they have directions for what to do to park your camper.

That is when reservations at the resorts are starting for the special dining plan deal if you had a previous cancelled reservation. No mention if you can get just a reservation earlier without the deal.

So far it seems you can look before that but there is 0 availability.

Am I the only one that is getting aggravated about these various blog sites posting their theories about when the parks and hotels are going to be opened, and how they will allows guests back in?

All it’s doing is riling up people and spreading false information around.  The Disney fanatics are going crazy out there making plans and speculating either further about opening dates.

Until word comes from Disney these “supposedly reliable” sites are doing a disservice to everyone and should be banned from Facebook and have their sites blocked.

They survive on clicks and travel agent sponsorships. If they dont get the clicks they dont get paid. So click bait it is.

This is an excerpt from the 20% off booking page.

    Fully-Equipped Campsites

Great for larger parties, 4 types of campsites accommodate everything from tents to 45-foot and longer RVs, with a maximum of 10 Guests per site. Each campsite is equipped with privacy-enhancing landscaping, water, cable television and electrical hook-ups, a picnic table and a charcoal grill. Most campsites also include a sewer hook-up, and some even permit pets.

Looks like they may have changed it up some. Probably had Partials to fill too. I hunted and hunted when I first spotted it and didn’t see anything of that nature when it first showed up.

The wording is kind of strangely vague, but it doesn't specifically say all sites...

"Campsite types eligible for this offer can accommodate everything from traditional tents to luxury RVs."

I could see that meaning full and above, but I wonder why they didn't just say "does not include tent/partial hookup sites"?

I have been going by this sections and to me that would not include the tent/pop up sites since they do not have sewer.

Save 20% on all types of fully-equipped campsites

Agreed though it could have been done better.

I have a ticket question that I can't find an answer to.  I'm sure the answer is right in front of me, but I don't see it.

When you buy an 8 day ticket and get the Park Hopper and more option you get 8 entries to the water parks.  My

question is do you have to use your 8 water park entries before you've used up all of you park days?  Thanks.

You will have to use them with in the date range. If I pick an 8 day ticket with the water parks option it gives you a 12 day date range to use up the main gate tickets and the water park and other entries.

For folks that are looking to save a little on APs and don't mind doing the upgrade shuffle, Undercover Tourist has some tickets that will save you quite a bit over gate price, in some cases $80-$100+ per ticket. I'm not sure if these prices reflect the increase that just happened or if they're "leftovers" - in which case get 'em while they last!

    https://www.undercovertourist.com/orlando/walt-disney-world-resort/

    Leftovers.

A plus for booking a package though is if you cancel it before final payment you can get a full refund if you need it. With the ticket only purchase they are non-refundable.
