  7. quick link to something similar that we use: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Igloo-Realtree-Backpack-Cooler/16606380 Igloo makes non camo colors. We use for mostly races, but used in September for the parks. We enjoyed a couple of bottles of water, and our rain jackets at the bottom of the pack. Has nice side pockets to hold the small things. We also have a carabener (sp?) on the handle to clip bags too. The only draw back to this cooler we have found, is it does not breath. So the person carrying it, will experience a sweaty back. However, we didn't have that problem since it was on and off fo
  8. Slacker! 2014....oh yeah! :jumpforjoy What channels are you talking about........ :batman: :rofl3: See above geee, OK :whew: Small person, little work. go figure
  9. I was talking with my cool cuz last night about this. He has talked about maybe this or the 500. He has a pop up, do you think the KOA would allow his PU and my Tiny RV on the same site?
  10. Do we REALLY Need a SuperBowl? I mean if we skip over it, close to the Shootout......Just Sayin..
  11. Oops forgot a question: Cable TV? Was there any wind break? I.e. open like a cow pasture or some trees to tamper down the wind?
  12. Is there a dog park at the KOA or aournd? Do they allow controlled fires? Would you be comfortable with the scooters back and forth to the track from there? Did they build a sidewalk all the way to the wing house on THAT side? If I remember correctly McD's is a game of frogger away, any convience stores on the KOA side of the Hwy? How much for the races? Is there a min pace required? What did you think of the surface? Did you wave at my seats on the super speed stretch? Also known as Daytona Francesse for more money for the back stretch since we call it Super Speed stretch....
  13. :jumpforjoy :jumpforjoy :jumpforjoy Since the cow pasture is 40/night, 45/night with electricity and water.AWESOME! 100/night with 5 night min.......@#$% NO!!!!!!! And depending on how your TR is, I may or may not tell you that Tony whined asked about ya'll and the Rolex a couple of times this week. :batman: Damn you for getting him to talk. :banghead:
  14. Finally caught up....whew, I'm tired. Awesome trip, and it's cool the girls are old enough to be dependent and go there way to do things. Awesome! So how is that Weber? :rofl2:
  15. Once again Jason, AWESOME job on the 5K. Maybe I've become use to the chaos of the Cooper River Bridge 10K having close to 50K people. So 10K dosen't sound bad for the 5K. And it was awesome you were there for the family and friends!
  16. Awesome TR as ususal!!!! Safe travels this week-end!
  17. Hope you'll share your transportation thoughts to/from the race. Tony was talking about doing one down there late this year or next year, but I am hesitant with transportation since we won't have a vehicle of our own. TIA
  18. They must cap the 5K at 10,400. Once you told me about it, I check the week prior and it was sold out. I was going to get both Tony and I registered since we are doing the Cooper River Bridge run this year. We will find something healthy to do, promise. And after seeing the crowd on Thursday, I can't imagine Friday when we thought about going over. WOW!
  19. I learned my lesson about TCD point back in September in the dark. There are some crazy/wonky noises over there! That's why when I braved TCD point it this trip, I had on my hunting outfit (Cpt America Sleeprs) and stayed on the tank, uh I mean cart.....
