And there is yet ANOTHER good reason for Disney to move people out of the parks in the evening.  So they go to Disney Springs and SPEND MONEY.

Great video....I had my son in law watch it before he flew in to MCO in December (unless this is different than the version you shared with me then).  Yes, there are lots of signs to guide you, but the first time you do it you begin questioning yourself after you've walked the first 5 miles.  This took the guesswork out of it.

Why give something away that you can charge for?

We were in Epcot one evening in 2011 the weekend before Thanksgiving and you could have rolled a bowling ball through the World Showcase and not hit a soul.  Spent that same day in MK and the crowds were also extremely light.  Now that I think about it, I don't think we've experienced crowds like that since that day.  

Don't feel bad.  I consider myself pretty good at backing trailers into practically any space.  My Dad had me backing farm trailers at 7 years old and I could zip them in and out of barns and park them next to other vehicles without ever leaving a scratch.  But short wheelbase trailers like popups or small Uhauls are a pain in the neck.  The slightest movement of the steering wheel is amplified in the trailer, easily sending it astray.  I rented a little Uhaul several years ago and that darn thing gave me fits.  Y'all are probably better at backing up than you think, but those small PUPs are messing with you.

Ha...I was waiting for Bob to come back and comment.  He and I went to an RV show together back in 2011 in Nashville, and I bought our last trailer at that show.  Actually got a really good deal, so your brother might be pretty smart!

Probably...I used to hoist bikes up to the top of a full size 1 ton van.  The closer to the ground you can mount them the better you'll be.   LOL

Yeah... that's the beauty of having a kitchen, whether it be in your RV or in a villa/timeshare/ etc.  I can choose to eat out for convenience such as lunch on a park day, or for a special occurrence like a nice dinner, show, date night etc.  But all other meals we cook, and since I enjoy cooking, especially outside, it works out well.   

Honestly, if I spent a week in a Disney hotel room and had to eat out every meal I'd lose my mind, not to mention my wallet and my waistline. 

For my crew, a nice dinner out at Disney can easily run $300-350, and add in characters or a show like the Hoop and we're talking $600-700.  It's just not justifiable on a regular basis.   

Could it be that even Star Wars isn't immune to people's fatigue of Disney-Greed?  The all-new Year Of A Million Intergalactic Schemes is off to an inauspicious beginning.

First step toward my prediction that you will someday need to book bathroom ADR's 6 months in advance.  

I was also going to suggest Winnebago.   Their towables get very good reviews from what I've seen.  

The Catholic mass includes all you care to enjoy wafers and wine, for only $129 for adults, and $99 for children.  The Protestant service includes an assortment of regular and gluten free bread with grape juice, and is priced at $89 per person.

That sounds ridiculous.  And yet it appears to be true...although to your point, I guess the jet skis are not confirmed.  But everyone knows you need jet skis to truly stabilize your special effects enabled kites.

Here is a link to a post that contains a 2019 rate chart.  It gives you an idea of the varying prices throughout different times of the year, with Spring Break and Christmas being the most expensive.

Until the Epcot overhaul is complete, festivals are about the only way they can get people through the gates.  

While rates do go up each year, Spring Break is the culprit for what you are experiencing.  If you were to make a reservation for the non-peak times you normally visit, I would guess they'd be substantially lower.
