BradyBzLyn...Mo 2,023
We were in our cart heading up towards the Settlement last evening when, just before the stop sign. A Ranger on a cart said. "excuse me" and passed us, then stopped the cart ahead of us. She proceeded to nicely tell the family (mom, dad. And 5 kids) that a licensed driver only was allowed to drive. Dad switched spots with a boy that was probably no more than 12. Everyone was very nice about it all and went on their merry ways. Apparently the Ranger had been coming the other wayand when she saw them, pulled a u turn to come back and pull them over. She did not address the fact that there were 7 people on a 4 person cart, but as DH said, "I guess you pick your battles" Fwiw, it was not a Disney cart.

Grumpy and Grandma 739
We've seen that happen several times, the problem is they aren't out an about enough during the day. From what I understand they normally don't even start work till the afternoon.
DaveInTN 3,247
As the Ranger passed you in his cart, did you by any chance hear him yelling over his radio "We're in hot pursuit!!"?

The Rangers are useless. TCD
Lou... 3,118
From what I understand they normally don't even start work till the afternoon. That's because they forget where they put their cowboy hat the day before, so by the time they find it and get on the short bus to the Fort, it's noon.

As the Ranger passed you in his cart, did you by any chance hear him yelling over his radio "We're in hot pursuit!!"? LOL! I'd have fallen out of my cart laughing. DaveInTN 3,247
Disney can't afford me. Grandma would probably subsidize your salary to get you out of the house now and then.
Lou... 3,118
Disney can't afford me. I know, those cheapskates. They just don't seem to understand that someone driving a GC around the Fort should get paid 75K.
