Many years ago I was setting the table for dinner and asked him what he would like to drink. As usual, he said "whatever's easiest." So I poured milk for the kids, made myself a nice tall glass of iced tea, and gave him a glass of tap water with no ice. He got very angry even though I did what he asked for.
