I'll put another good word in for Coleman.  I've had good luck with their stuff over the years, and they stand by it.  When I've called Customer Service with an issue, I've actually spoken with someone at the headquarters in Kansas, and they have send me replacement parts for free even when out of warranty.

We have had good luck, was able to get hidden links to missing manuals by going thru customer service.

Only problem I've had with them is the seam tape is peeling off around one of our tents windows.

I emailed them asking what I should use to repair/replace the peeling tape and they answered that the tent was out of warranty.  I was trying to find what they used from the factory so I could do a good match to the existing  parts that aren't peeling.

Thought it was an odd answer, wasn't even asking for them to fix it.
