Well after I seen how they "cleaned" the bathhouses I know why they are in the shape they are. I watched the guy take a rag on the floor and use one of those grabbers(idk the proper name) to "clean" the toilets. He just kinda drug the rag around. What a lot of cleaning that was doing. He then went to the showers with another rag and was only there for maybe 3-4 mins. I didn't see him "clean" the shower stalls but I'm pretty sure how that went down. They didn't look to be scrubbed since who knows when. I don't make wads of money to just throw away down there so I'm sure I won't be back

I'm here now and it's like night and day since the weekend started. Cars parked everywhere, music blaring from golf carts, looks to be under age kids driving carts. I'm pretty sure we won't be back for a long time. The prices are getting past anything we can afford and it's like we are second class to the rest of the resorts. Much less the riff raff going on. The restrooms aren't being cleaned. Yea they come in and pick up and maybe wipe down the sink area but that's about it. I see the same shit on the walls for 2 days and that's after I called them about it. Well if they were getting cleaned

We've been a couple times before at Halloween. I'd rather wait till after but I was overruled. Lol

We got one. It's been awhile since the last time. Hoping this one will be as fun as the last.

Yea, we didn't upgrade till 2 days later. UT is a POS. That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. Just like they stuck it to me.

Yes the tickets were good, we just decided to get ap's and when we did we were told that we had "discounted" tickets. I don't know what that meant, but we DID NOT get what we paid UT for them. I called and ask UT about them and they did not care. I hope nobody else has the same problem, but I WILL NOT EVER buy from them again. My opinion is they knew exactly what was going on. I also think they had bought alot of the pre-increase tickets and thats what we got. POS is what I think of them.

Undercover tourist tickets are upgradeable, BUT they are discounted tickets and not disney tickets. We found out the hard way. I will NEVER buy anything from undercover tourist again.

If someone with a regular AP could look and see how much the cabins would cost for april 21-28 I would be so thankful. I have priced the spring discount but was wondering about the AP discount. We are maybe looking to go 2 times and not go anywere else this year. It needs to be an out of state AP, not a resident, I think. Then again it may not make a difference. Thanks
