I thought about going over after work but it sounds like it was way to crowded for me! I am trying to convince DH to go to at least 1 MNSSHP. I love people watching!

I am sure if he had the chance he would have loved it! His career took him to Bosnia, shot a MIG down and later he flew the F-22. He enjoyed his time flying in the AF.

All this talk of carriers reminded of a story from my brother... He decided to go to the Air Force Academy instead of the Naval Academy. He didn't like the thought of landing a jet on a postage stamp in the middle of the ocean!
