Well THAT Explains why everyone was so weird about that sign! I thought it was because it was green, (even though it was not a slime green!) and the trouble at the Voldemort site. That was made a few years ago, and I had no idea. I will contact Jen and see if I need to have Judy yank it - we don't want to ruffle any feathers! Thanks for the heads up Carol! Laura

Lol, We made got the sign for a friend of ours who sold us his train. At the time we did not know green was evil, our friend just loved Musket Mickey as much as we do. That is the only one and no one is selling them. :clint: It was at our site when we were just there and they got passed to Judy next. Who knows where they will end up next. I thought the hitchhiking ghosts one turned out nicely.....

Great Pictures! I actually cannot believe it but the Sandfords put up more stuff since we left! I like the Christmas lights addition, this way we can move right into Christmas with ease.... I too am surprised they don't get a "Hay, can you tone it down a little" note from the powers at be. I am afraid someday there will just be a no decorations policy because of sites like that.

Good point! What gives? I mean awning smell is up higher, why isn't he whining like a little girl ranting about the stink that wafers right in your face on the logs? Strange. But since it does not seem to bother him, perhaps he can loan me his Clorox spray when I ride.... Laura

TCD, Finally someone said it! Do they EVER clean those things? One word: BLEACH! Actually they smell of BO more than mildew to me which in my book is way worse. I always do a scrub down after that wonderful ride. Laura

Oh I laughed so hard at your Sanford and Son comment! I was wondering if this was the site you were going to demonize, as I was thinking exactly the same thing when we were just there. You think THAT was alot, you should see it now! It looks akin to the Wagon Wheel flea market but with pretty lights and a Disney tent I considered trying to bribe them out of. We borrowed a kit on our last trip and got charged $125.00 deposit. We got a 99.41 refund on our credit card the day we left after turning it in. I thought we would get a full refund, not sure why the difference. I will call tomorrow and see why the weird amount. -Laura

Years ago, we looked forward to the restaurant of which I could never remember the name inside the pyramid. Romantic, beautiful, and always a great Mexican dinner. Fast forward to the present and while still beautiful, the food has gone completely downhill while prices went uphill. NO more fried ice cream either at least there wasnt when we last dined there. I got to talk to the master decorator this morning and she informed me she got it at K-Mart! I never thought of that and like Judy say's I probably cannot get one. Hello! I saw a kids tent in loop 1800 on display with a bunch of skeleton campers sitting around it. -There is a lady who has a massive lights and decoration display. I have yet to catch her outside. We are wondering if anyone knows if the kids tent she has there can be purchased? Friends of ours who work here said it has the same pictures on it as what cast members wear in the Animal Kingdom and it does have a kind of Jungle/safari look to it. Anyone ever see a small kids tent for sale in the Animal Kingdom? I wish I had thought to take a picture and will try to tomorrow.... ~Laura

WOW! Thanks for the report! I went yesterday but it was so dang hot I did not try anything. Plus, I had no idea WHAT to try!?! Now I have some ideas thanks to you!. Pot stickers will be a go and Lava Cake even with no goo in the middle. You just had me scouring the bus for ANYTHING chocolate after that picture (Not a pretty site, and I had to settle for a stale cookie with chocolate on it). Can't wait to see what you try next! I cannot partake in alcohol for at least 3 more months either so you are not alone in your pain :'(

I was there today, early-not too crowded at all. Did not get any food it was too HOT for this Wisconsin girl. How the heck do you guys drink beer when it is so dang hot here?!?

Hi Lou, My sister had something similar when we were younger. I googled "vintage Disney Bracelets" to see if I could pull up a visual to see if I was right and that photo came up. Clearly, it is not exactly the same size or length but I figure close enough to make the call. Your right on the toaster (It has not come yet anyway) I will just take one of these.......
