  1. Jessica just informed me you forgot your other daughter on this trip. Not to mention your wife. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  2. I am in! Of course I have the advantage of have already met and gone camping with these families. We need to plan another trip soon or even just an afternoon/evening to hang out. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  3. Looking at the what you shared above showing the Wilderness Homes, I am positive that is what we stayed in during our first stay. As I stated before that was June 1985. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  4. The Princess Bride is Jessica's favorite movie. I cannot even count the number of times we have watched it. Have your girls not seen the movie either? I think the next time you are all together as a family you should plan to watch it. I think Mrs TCD would enjoy it as well. Sorry the grandpa and teenage grandson made you have to cut your rocking time short. On the positive side, he was spending some quality time with his grandfather. He was actually talking to him right? Didn't have his head down and eyes glued to his phone? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  5. Your ears you keep, so that every shriek of every child shall be yours to cherish—every babe that weeps in fear at your approach, every woman that cries 'Dear God, what is that thing?' will reverberate forever with your perfect ears. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  6. It looks nice, but I need a better look at it. You should bring it to Defeated Creek for the GG. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  7. I know the first time we stayed at FW was June 1985. We stayed in what I guess was a Wilderness home then. I remember there was a bedroom in the back with a bed as well as a set of bunks, there was a galley style kitchen, a bathroom and the living area. With I believe a Murphy bed. I remember the year specifically; because, my parents split up that year and my grandparents took my siblings and I to WDW so we would not have to be home during the transition. 8. Smoky Bear is where we camp if we take the camper to Gatlinburg. Granted it has been awhile since we have actually done that. Lately our trips have been short and we just get a place right in Gatlinburg where we can park the car and walk to all the places we want. Not returning to the car until it is time to go home. 9. Since I had to work this afternoon I couldn't take any shots when I was reading earlier. Some people frown upon that when you are taking care of their children. Go figure. I know I will just re-read throughout the weekend and take the shots then. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  10. Joining the crowd already here. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  11. We took my almost 21 year old son to the Strasburg Railroad when he was around 2. I highly recommend it. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

  20. I was talking to my son the other night. He apparently went to see it with one of his friends, his friend's girlfriend and her roommate. He was telling me how much he liked it and how great the music was. This was coming from someone who is not a musical fan and not a huge Disney fan. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  21. I saw it yesterday with Rachel. At first I thought it was slow and I was getting bored. But then it picked up and I really liked it. I had tried to avoid the preview the best I could, but the one I saw made me fear it was going to just be a remake of the animated one. Thankfully this was not the case. I actually like this one more than the original. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  22. When we went on our last Royal Caribbean cruise which was in 2012 there was no fee. Unless you ordered something late at night. Even then the fee was so small that DH didn't mind paying it. He eats late at home. Often he will sit with us and take a few bites, but really doesn’t actually eat until after 11 sometimes. Some other things we liked to order from room service were the fruit and cheese plate, appetizers, and chocolate chip cookies. The girls loved having those with milk before bed. From the message boards it seems like TCD is right and people were taking advantage of it. The ti
  23. As my children are now older (teens and young adult), I am hoping that we as a family will go on a cruise for Christmas this year. So that means I have begun to research and have my travel agent looking into options for me. During this research I found out that starting this month RCC will have a $7.95 per order fee added on for room service orders. Here is a link for the Royal Caribbean Blog which gives information about the fee. http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2017/03/16/royal-caribbean-shares-new-fleet-wide-room-service-menu Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
  24. Thanks for sharing this link. I wasn't aware of it. Even though my girls are teenagers, I still like to check for appropriateness before letting them watch movies. Especially as my older daughter is 16 and has asked about seeing some R rated movies. Heck I even check the PG13 movies as some of those make me uncomfortable at times. This is one I have bookmarked already. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk
