  1. Straight from the Mouse to Travel Agents this afternoon. A phased reopening of Disney Springs will begin on May 20. Following the guidance of government and health officials, a limited number of shopping and dining experiences that are owned by third-party operating participants will begin to open during this initial phase. The rest of Walt Disney World® Resort will remain closed, including theme parks and resort hotels. As we continue to monitor conditions, and with the health of Guests and Disney Cast Members at the forefront of our planning, we are making several operational change
  2. One thing I wanted to note. Disneyland has moved to accepting reservations starting July 1. I do admit though I don't sell as much DLR and wasnt tracking where the reservation point was prior to this change.
  3. WDW is now working on cancelling guests with arrivals May 24-31
  4. If things are open we have a reservation to check into the Fort July 14. I have every intention of doing so. If all we do is the campground that's fine. I am hoping to do parks just because my brain mentally needs to change gears with how this year has gone for us.
  5. With everything going on now a days it might have slipped peoples minds but we are not that far away from bookings for Halloween 2021 at the Fort to open up. I am compiling my list of those who want campsites. If you would like on the list please send me an email to Jason@Mouse Counselors.com I want to have it ready to go in advance because as we all know when it opens it will go quick. A one night deposit locks down a site and you can always cancel it later if you decide to. Decide you want one later and it becomes a lot harder.
  6. I believe the Magic has as well according to our friend on the Fantasy they are bringing supplies as well as getting some relax time on shore.
  7. Dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World have officially been announced and tickets are now on sale. Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party takes place from 7:00 PM to midnight on the select nights detailed below. If interested in attending, contact me to get your vacation planned for this Very Merry Christmas season. Please note there have been reports of glitches on the website with tickets and purchasing coming and going. There is no immediate rush for these as typically the first party to sell out doesnt until the summer months.
  8. Technically with out another stay after they may not let you leave it while at the hotel. With that said the hotels have provisions in place for parking of campers. If they have the space in an area of the parking lot they will direct you there. If they do not, like at say the Poly with it's tiny parking lot, they have directions for what to do to park your camper.
  9. So far it seems you can look before that but there is 0 availability.
  10. It was an experiment I thought up while stuck in Florida. And it worked so very well.
  11. They survive on clicks and travel agent sponsorships. If they dont get the clicks they dont get paid. So click bait it is.
  12. Sil and I actually like them quite a bit. We love spotting the nods/easter eggs to old cartoons snuck in here and there.
  13. That is not a bad price form what I have seen. They are definitely running some VGT rate for new bookings that are attractive.
  14. Looks like they may have changed it up some. Probably had Partials to fill too. I hunted and hunted when I first spotted it and didn’t see anything of that nature when it first showed up.
  15. I have been going by this sections and to me that would not include the tent/pop up sites since they do not have sewer. Save 20% on all types of fully-equipped campsites Agreed though it could have been done better.
  16. The way it is worded is full equipped campsites so I have been assuming that would mean Full Hookup or better.
  17. I haven't seen it actually announced but I spotted this on the Disney Travel Agent site today. You can stay under the stars in the middle of the magic at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground with this great offer. Save 20% on all types of fully-equipped campsites most Sunday through Thursday nights March 29 through May 21, 2020 when you book by May 21, 2020. With so many unique and exciting things for your Clients to discover at all 4 theme parks, this spring is an amazing time to visit. And, as a Guest of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, your Clients ca
  18. You will have to use them with in the date range. If I pick an 8 day ticket with the water parks option it gives you a 12 day date range to use up the main gate tickets and the water park and other entries.
  19. A friends husband used to be NYPD now retired. He is currently running the security for the prototype of the animatronic and a couple of other things they can’t talk about.
  20. Leftovers. A plus for booking a package though is if you cancel it before final payment you can get a full refund if you need it. With the ticket only purchase they are non-refundable.
  21. My guess is that might end up low. If they charge it like they do the cruise line though you will probably pay more for guests 1 and 2 and then less for additional guests. Honestly though (and my wallet hates to hear me think this) $3k for the 2 nights wouldnt surprise me.
  22. Honestly the only thing the “preferred vendors” really gets you is they can set up before you arrive. I have used Camper Rental Adventures several times as have clients and they have pet friendly campers. I have no hesitation recommending them. Tell Dawn I said hi if you contact them.
