Probably from other smaller fires. The big fire they had in 88 was on the other side of Yellowstone from where we were at this time.

Some bugs but mostly wildfires. Emerald Ash Borers is the name of the bug I think.

Thanks for bearing with me folks. Due to weather issues the roofing is on hold for today anyway so I figured I would try and get a post up. So when last we left we had just departed the Old Fatihful area and started making the lower loop back around to our campground. We will hit the upper loop the next day. Yellowstone has tons of water features. There are so many rivers and streams and creeks to see. Here's some now. The mountains and trees are nice too. Heading back towards our campground. We had a cooler we kept all our food in. That was kept tightly closed and locked in the car. We made sure to clean up immediately after eating and get everything put away. I am glad you have enjoyed reading along so far. Still some more to come. I consider myself very very lucky to have found Silvia and that the two of us love to travel so much. In all honesty its what we do most even if its local travel or day trips.

We have that up here at Stop and Shop which has the same parent company as Giant. I use it all the time. You scan you stop and shop or giant card, then scan your groceries. It keeps a running total for you including sales. At the end you scan a special barcode at the register and then you scan your card at the register. It then downloads everything you scanned in. You scan you coupons and then pay...fast and easy. I personally love it. The store near me runs out of scanners every weekend because of the number of people using them in the store. This all used standard laser/barcode tech though a
