On the fiends cruise we used ours until we were on our way. In the video that was taken we even see our son calling DH because he could see us. LOL We shut it off right after that and didn't use it until we were back in port. Not worth chancing the extra charges.

TCD, I am late to this party. Darn work just gets in the way. Love your pics of the fort early in the morning, however, it just makes me sad that I can't be there. I wish we lived closer. Keep the updates coming, I am all in now.

Lou, so glad to hear you had a good time. Never having been on a cruise before the "fiend" cruise, I was a little apprehensive. Got to say I loved it. Disney really knows what they are doing. Can't wait to see pics.

Judy great trip report! We were at DL in 2001 over new years. We had the same weather, it drizzled and was hazy foggy the whole time we were there. We also stayed at the same hotel. It was very convenient and with 2 growing boys along it helped having McDonalds right there ;0. Maybe some day we will get back that way.

Your pics of castaway are better than mine. We were there just after the hurricane and so much was brown and torn up. Nice to see it so green. We loved Serenity bay and also deck 4 on the ship, it was so peaceful. I had forgotten about not seeing the Dutchman, good to know they are working on replacing it.
