My parents went to Cleveland a few years ago to see the Christmas Story house and they didn't take me, bastards meanies. they got to meet Randy. For an extra fee you could have dinner with him at a Chinese restaurant. Apparently, Ralphie is the only one who has not been there.

My husband works for Amtrak. So it works out cheaper than flying for us. On the plus side we have our car(which we needed), no gas spent on ride down, we didn't have to pay for a hotel, or drive thru the night with a 5 year old or my husband and arrive reasonably rested.

I just got done a 8 day rental with Kenny. HE IS GREAT!!!! He called us when we were on our way down. When we checked in I left him a message that he returned pretty quickly telling us where our cart was. We picked up the fastest little golf cart and had a great time. He called us the day before we checked out and let us know what to do. He stopped by early in the morning and rolled up the rain covers we had left down due to the rain. The amount charged was super reasonable and one of the easiest things about this trip. I will be using him again.

OH @#$%, I don't know if my cooler will fit in the trunk. :panic:

We did this a couple of years ago and I think the whole thing, up and back, was no more than about 15-20 minutes tops.
Back then they told us that if we kept our receipt, we could come back any time and get 20% off.
I'm pretty sure I still have that receipt.
The view up there is pretty awesome. You can see all 4 theme parks and then some. But wait for a totally calm day. They'll go up when it's a little breezy, but they won't go up as high.
We still want to plan to go up in the evening around fireworks time. I've hard that's very cool - although also that it gets busy then.
