yes,Andrew, I've seen that a couple of times and agree it is also well done. The only part I disagree with is they got the title backwards.
The Mannings is another good one.

I just watched a show called "Bo, Barkley, and the Big Hurt" on the SEC network. It was about the third time I've seen it, and I planned to change the channel when it came on...after Auburn-Florida Gymnastics. But plan as I might, I left it on and watched every minute, again. It is an intriguing looks at a time at Auburn when Charles Barkley in basketball, Bo Jackson in football (and baseball and track), and Frank Thomas in baseball (and football), each in their own sport, singlehandedly transformed the athletics programs at Auburn to levels it had not seen in ages. They all three went on to outstanding pro careers, although Bo is not in any pro hall of fame because of shortened playing years due to his hip injury at Oakland. I believe even Auburn detractors would have to agree these three, to be all there in the 80s, were a significantg force in NCAA sports.
Watch it if you get a chance. I see it can be googled, but the SEC network and ESPN show it occasionally.

We have two trips to DW planned for 2016. One in the summer, and one for Thanksgiving. Staying in the MH in Sevierville in the summer and using Veteran's Blvd to avoid much traffic. In a "cabin" for Thanksgiving off 321 in Gatlinburg. We gotta find some of those nooks and crannies DIT has explored at DW.

Any progress on getting it back, or finding the perps?

Is the "Streets" area still closed or was that a temporary measure to allow them to remove the "Lights"?

Your shot including the Empire State Building looks like it it lit at the top with the French colors. When we were there in daylight, it looked like it was painted up there.

I'm guessing Pecos Bill's.

Early one evening we walked down the Avenue and looked for the "Singing in the Rain" light pole...no Singer. A CM was there and told us that area was closed and we would have to go back our the way we went in...by the Writers Shop, or whatever it's called. By the time we got back there they had roadblocks up and were not letting anyone else in. I guess we were among the last paying customers to see the Lights, although they were not lit at the time. It was kinda eerie to be there with almost no one else in sight. The night we saw the Lights lit the crowds were so thick it was hard to stop and view anything...more of a mass crowd movement. Here's hoping they find a way to display the Lights again.

We went through security gates/tables for a month (Dec/Jan) with no scanners imposed. It didn't seem to matter whether we had bags to be checked or not. Not sure what the criteria was for checking...so many an hour? We did see the EZ Ups with the CSC people in their yellow shirts, but very few being ushered towards the scanners. I did see one family of four get scanned...sorta a DIT looking guy, smiling a lot.

Swim, Glad to hear you had the foresight to position your property 3500 feet from a potential tornado end point.

I doubt Satan will leave Bama any time soon. He now has his shot at tying or beating Bear's NC record...although three of Bear's are shared. And if he does leave, I don't think Lame has the maturity to run the program there like Satan has, which would cause the pickup truck alum to run him outta town quickly. I've always said Lame and Wil are pretty good coordinators, but not HC's. We'll see.

And with all this technology in the MB's, we each had to get a plastic card saying we are AP holders just to get the meager discounts some places offer.

Thanks for the ST-LT info. We tow a 12 foot cargo trailer. A couple years ago we had a leak, discovered at a rest stop. The repair truck put on an LT tire in place of the ST we had been running. Now, on our recent trip, we had another slow leak (the LT), discovered at a campground. Airing it up allowed us to get home with it. Still don't know why it leaked, but I am ready to replace both tires. Sounds like I should look for some good LT tires of appropriate size,

When I turned in modem package 91A on Jan 9th, I told the CM at the TP to save it for me in July. He said I won't need it by then, that they are projecting March for the WiFi installation, and they are ahead of schedule, likely completion in February.
Related topic?: I was in 1004, next to the path to the 900 CS. On the 1005(?) side of the path, there was a wooden pole. I had assumed it was a dead tree the bark had fallen from. On closer examination, it is a commercial pole that has been cleaned of any bark, and perhaps rot protected. Is this one of the poles of which a few of you speak? It is shorter than the trees in the area, cut off flat on top, and apparently there for some time (no evidence of recent installation).. And as an aside, there were maybe 10+ dead trees along that path.

Just for the storage aspect...our dinettes have had drawers under the dinette seats. They were quite deep, but we always overloaded them. We now have a table and chairs. Table fastened to the wall and floor and big enough for two chairs and Shawnee's wheelchair at the end. No bed, but we never used the dinette bed anyway.

They have gotten enough money from us in the past couple of weeks to keep them afloat for a while.

We're in 1004. Kinda small for our decorative enthusiasm. We rode through 100/200/300 a few days ago, but only saw Dave, The Castle Guy's FF signin the 700 loop.

We participated in the Christmas GC Parade today. It seemed to be well received by the onlookers, and they enjoyed the toys and such we threw to threw kids. Not a lot of elaborate decorating done for these carts...lights, garland, some more than others and a few with more elaborate applications. They didn't have a designated end point, so many of us just made a second loop around the main streets, before we stopped by "home" to drop off some long sleeves and go on to looping. i don't know if they had any "winner" or not. It looked like there were maybe 30-40 entries and everyone had a good time.

We saw on local TV that Disney and other major entertainment houses had implemented metal detectors and other additional security measures. We went to EPCOT the next day and saw no changes in security. Of course we don't know what was going on behind the scenes, but there were no metal detectors or wands. Make no mistake, sadly there is a need for such measures. Sad, but true.

We're at the Fort now. We have two flatscreen tv's an RCA and a Vizio. The RCA is about two years old and the Vizio was just installed after we arrived here this December. We also have the missing channel problem on both sets. Around 20-x until 55-1. The missing ones all programmed in the scans as mentioned above but produced only a channel number and a blue screen with a "No Signal" box.... and IIRC, all had HD in their titles. They may be the same as ther upper channels...55-1 to 66-4. To be sure, you can receive all the Disney stations...and the ESPN stations except SEC. Last year I broke down all the actual available channels and they only went through 31.4.

That thing looks like the monster TV hanging in the front of my MH. What happens if you accidently clip the power wires?

At what point does the Fort not become worth it?

We have been doing December into early Jan every year for maybe 15 years, with a few scattered warm days trips. This coming year we are cutting back and giving Dolly some of the Mouse's money. We are adding a week in the summer to chaperone some kids, but over all, we will be there less.
