  1. Our double rainbow was "all the way too", solid from one point, up through the sky and back down again. I've seen double rainbows before but I had never seen an unbroken rainbow. It was impossible to get in one shot.
  2. There is nothing else like it in the entire world.
  3. Judy, we only saw a couple idiots. The strongly suggested distance from non-predators (bear) was 25 yrds. By far and large most stood at 75 yrs or more. I was surprised. This was my fifth, Jody's third and Abi's second trip. It was very nice, we enjoyed it greatly but I have discovered the lack of planning pushes my anxiety issues. Camper issues stresses my husband. In hindsight the first trips are always bumpy. I learned what storage we had and how to maximize it after Stone Mountain. Jody has learned to upgrade his parts kit with a few additional items. He had basic tools but we just haven'
  4. He left out ALOT of cuss words.
  5. After you get finished throwing him, can we wrap him up in a shower curtain? A TCD burridiot?
  6. Only one answer... Have a new baby. Don't tell Mrs TCD I said that. She might come after me.
  7. Hi Ken! Let me put it one way. I had attempted to use one agent and received extremely little, next to nothing response. I hesitate to say much more but it was extremely distressing, prior recommendation considered. I expected the same result as my following travel agent experience. I contacted Jason on the recommendation of Carol and Doodle, and within five minutes had my request answered and a reservation conformation sitting in my email inbox. Since I loved dealing with him so much, I've made two more.
  8. Thinking back how bad I would have loved to be chosen to sleep in the castle during the Year of a Million Dreams... I am now somewhat relieved. I will never look at the castle the same way ever again...
  9. I saw this in Frontgate Magazine. It is pricey at $399 but it states that it can accommodate up to 4000 sq feet (I thought 3000) for up to six hours. Normally "up to" is a red flag for me but I purchase their holiday items from time to time and I have never been anything except pleased by Frontgate. Here is the link: http://www.frontgate.com/terminix-26reg-3b-allclear-4000-pro-edition-cordless-mosquito-mister/outdoor-decor-accessories/mosquito-insect-control/436665?defattrib=&defattribvalue=&listIndex=6 I'm thinking about how it will cover our entire fenced yard. It keeps the
  10. I'm googling novelty yarmulkes now... Maybe he just snipped the ears off a Mickey hat...
  11. Omg he has?! Lolol Fig can do his best field mouse impression and infiltrate the birds, moose and goats.
  12. Awwww. I'll cry with you. TCD without a twin. Jody loved the braised pork. I think next time I'm ordering the fish off the kids menu. Kids had the fancy French ham and cheese last time. They liked it.
  13. I want a PM too!! (just now reading, going backwards from page two!)
  14. Reservations are necessary. They fill up fast. I loved it and I am extremely picky where I let my dogs stay. We leave them during the day and pick them up at night except for this Halloween. They're spending the night that week. Too much candy in too small of a space.
  15. I am beginning to agree. I want to remove the one people can see. I'll live with the rest.
  16. An evil invention. I have my entire world on FB,everybody from the time I was 23, 15 yrs ago to now, my first 'net group to my most current one (fiends). It is too easy to communicate on there instead of hitting four websites plus daily social groups.
  17. Did anyone catch the part about encountering wildlife? "If you encounter alligators, snakes or any other kind of wildlife, please contact security." I get snakes and maybe alligators. But is it telling me to call the front desk over squirrels? What about a bird pooping on my shoulder? Should I be concerned? Are Fort Squirrels inherently dangerous?
  18. I would love to go. But nobody in their right mind who knows me has agreed to it. I've seriously freaked out, bat guano crazy town kind of freaked out and took whole exhibits with me. So okay, I tore down my first school house haunted house when I was in kindergarten. When I was 17 and did it for the last time with my mother, that's when I was no longer welcomed at haunted houses with my family members. Some where, some time, when I wasn't present, somebody gave my husband an instruction manual because he said "NO!" the first time I asked. Now, if they didn't give him an instru
  19. Our firearm never leaves the truck when we are at Disney. I know there are many places where people don't expect violence and violence happens... But... There are so very few places that are magical and special. It goes against everything rational to say it will never happen at Disney but sometimes... Sometimes you have to have faith and live like a kid. Saying I feel unsafe at Disney takes away everything that makes it special. Short of federal buildings and schools, it's one of the single few places we actively do not carry.
