  1. I felt a shift in the Force, glad to know what it was.
  2. Yep, pine box and a bagpiper doing "Amazing Grace"... and maybe "Here Comes Santa Claus"! (You know, just so they're ready for what's comin'!)
  3. He built it there... Very busy night/early morning. We transplanted it to a nearby bush, but never saw Mr Industrious again.
  4. Ok, we are at Fort Wilderness, surrounded by trees and bushes, but we get up in the morning and find this in the folding chair... WTF!
  5. I'd shoot for a low number on the outside in 1800, you don't get much more private than that!
  6. In keeping with the "I think this might be hard" theme...
  7. I agree, I avoid the buses except where absolutely necessary. I'll take a boat and two monorails before choosing a bus. Although my attitude may be somewhat different now that I have a DP! I found myself imagining myself as a Disney bus driver when driving our RV along the serpentine road through the woods on our last camping trip... felt a lot like the Fort-Lodge leg. Never thought I'd feel nostalgia toward a Disney bus ride!
  8. What's worse than getting stuck on the monorail? Getting stuck 600 miles from the monorail! Worst case scenario, YOU'RE AT DISNEY WORLD!
  9. Here's a serious WTF? This one just came over the Instagram hotline so I assume it was taken today, Independence Day... free thinker!
  10. BTW, Loop 700 is an exception because it turns clockwise rather than counter-clockwise, so the inside sites face away from the loop road and the outside face toward it.
  11. If you want privacy, an outside site is the way to go since outside sites the awning side is away from the road, on inside ones it is toward the road. On our last trip we were on two outside sites when we've always been on inside sites before (weird coincidence) and I hated it, personally. I love sitting under the awning and waving at folks as they walk or loop. Outside I couldn't see anyone! But sounds like that would work well for you. Just make sure you are not on the street in 1600. If you say on your MDE that you want to be near the CS but not transportation (road) you should be fine.
  12. yea but if you stay on property its better to take the boat/ bus in my opinion We boat to MK, but drive everywhere else. If we didn't have to come home a time or two during the day to let the dogs out we might opt for busses. You might only save 10-15 minutes by driving a single round trip: three round trips and you're really eating into your day and patience.
  13. I was going to guess Bongos because it looks Cuban, but it doesn't match the restaurant theme.
  14. Dave for the win! Sorry, no hot dog prize, though, TCD was already by.
  15. I have another wiffleball for you guys to knock out of the park... Be very specific!
  16. The pierced-panels behind look Provencal to me so this may be a French-themed attraction. I'll guess Be Our Guest, but I've never been inside.
  17. Ding ding ding... A winnah! I knew that would be easy for someone! We have been outside here often, but have never eaten there! One day. This and Biergarten both remain on my to-do list (to my shame!).
  18. I have another. This is one I never would have gotten, but I know this place has a lot of fans here.
