ftwildernessguy 778 Posted May 10, 2016 Report Share Posted May 10, 2016 I found it to have a sweet, sort of fishy taste. A lot like crawfish but a little sweeter. The texture was like snake. I served in Louisiana with a bunch of Cajuns who felt sorry for me because I was unaccompanied and brought me stuff to eat. I've had gator and snake almost any way you can imagine.
