The food was ok (and just ok may have been influence by the previous 6 days of the deluxe dining plan. We were TIRED of eating by that point!). The biggest problem was our server - The Worst Server at Disney ... EVER! We were leery about going back, but we decided to give it a second chance. We had the Best Disney Server ... EVER! With few exceptions, the food was fabulous; even burdened by a hard area, the service was impeccable!Space Mountain from the Observation Deck.Hmm, What's that?Waiting ...What's on the menu?That sounds good!Cooking good!Heirloom Apple SaladSpicy Kazan Roll! 5.0Parsnip & Sunchoke Soup. 5.0Cast Iron BisonHalibut & Shrimp Dumpling. Not bad, but I had a lot better. 2.5Salmon. 3.0Crab "Stack". NOT to OldeKoot's taste (nor Rita's). Overpowering lime! 2.0Chocolate Lava CakeMango Goat Cheesecake. 5.0Heirloom Apple Bread Pudding (OldeKoot liked it, so it must be good).Chocolate Mousse with Bailey's Ice Cream. Good, but not spectacular enough to tear my underwear! 4.0OK! What kind of dirty jokes are getting told on that side of the table?They even raised Joanne's eyebrows - which is better than singeing them off, I guess ...That catches the photos up to last night. From there, we rented the smaller Boston Whaler for an hour (sorry no pictures of this one.Then it was time for lunch ... at Trail's endCheese grits 4.5Hoppin' JohnBACON Cheese Burger1/2 the Fried Green Tomato plateChili 4.0After lunch, we rented a pontoon boat for an hour. Because we're eating at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. Scallop Appetizer - good but not as good as last year's version ...Mozzarella and Heirloom Tomatoes Four WaysMaine Lobster SaladCharcuterie Board. For the Adventurous! 4.5Why yes, that IS a 24 oz Porterhouse! Perfectly cooked - you could cut it with a fork! NO, I didn't eat it all ... but I came damned close! 5.0Joanne was tempted, and also went for the 24 oz Porterhouse. She came close, but didn't finish it, either ...Yes, there is a slight difference - I had the Paprika, she opted for the Baked tater ...Rita opted for the 16 oz Rib Eye - another close but DNFOldeKoot had the Deconstructed Beef Wellington. Proclaimed it to be the "best steak she had EVER had! 5.0OMG - it's a cupcake!Cheese plate dessert ...Nectarine with Apricot - Champagne sauce. Rita & OldeKoot were caught by too much sauce to begin with (there was no question it had real Champagne in it - you could SMELL the alcohol when they brought it to the table!), 3.5 but thought better of it after a few bites. I loved it from the first bite! 5.0OMG! Aren't we through eating yet? Unfortunately, yes.So, what do we do now? Remember we drove to Yacht Club - why would we do that? Because we then drove to Downtown Disney ... because we had reservations at Cirque!We also had some snack credits to use or lose, so ...Caramel Pecan rollChocolate Peanut Butter FudgeChocolate Mint FudgeWhite Chocolate Turtle FudgePecan ClusterAfter driving back from Downtown Disney, there is a "party" going on, and we're invited.
