I have heard that wifi will be at the campsites and the cabins soon , if any one that is there can let us know if they have it I can pass on hotspot. Thank you all, I am a lurker not a writer, but I sure enjoy this site.

Six won't know what FW is, two won't know what wifi is, and the rest won't be able to speak English.

Really appreciate all the responses. Based on the feedback we have received here, we will ask for a premium loop- hopefully loop 500) with a request for a quiet location. We haven't made our reservations yet. We have decided on 7 nights and will probably book for the end of April. Any other thoughts or tips are greatly appreciated! Thanks! Echo

Those are really good points! We were in a Deluxe room at WL, aka junior suite, it was not large at all and barely had enough for 2 people to stand on the balcony.

Packing up!!

For us something to consider when choosing a deluxe resort as opposed to a moderate would be the balcony. We like the extra outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee or a drink in the evening. Good people watching too! Gives us additional space. Not sure if that was included in the driveway computations? Also..while the WL and the AKL are considered deluxe they are not as large as say a room at the Poly. Being one of the older resorts the Polynesian rooms are larger than the rooms in other Deluxes. A room in the Tokelau building at the Polynesian is significantly larger than those at the WL. The P

Just another perk of Oct/Nov trips! That makes the list... Great weather (not too hot, not much rain) Relatively low crowds Holiday decorations (Halloween/fall and/or Christmas) No thunderstorms Lots of Fiends around Halloween and Thanksgiving! YEP - great time to be there!
