  1. Dear Lou, Yes, I linked my my tickets to my magic bands. Question answered. Enjoy that screw top wine with fishy ice cubes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Update...no tickets needed! Just scanned the magic band...and had a blast, btw! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Daisy on the road to the fort. I have long been against dog clothes...but she got a haircut and was freezing her little tushie off!
  4. This is a scenario I did not plan for....damn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. No, but I did look behind the whatsitssnoodle next to the whojathingy. No luck. I will just take my confirm email on my phone and hope for the best. I mean, that's what I will tell my friend to do. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Say for example, hypothetically, that you are an idiot. You buy MVMCP tickets and proceed to put them in some secret location and now cannot locate them. They do show up in your my disney experience. Will one be able to enter with just the magic bands? I am, of course, not an idiot. I'm asking for a friend.
  7. ^^^^^^^ This is me . . . on I've been in south (well south central) Texas for 40 years. I hate carrying jackets around, or the layers I have peeled off. But for reals - - first world problems, eh?? Can't be too bad...if I have to be chilly, at least I'm at Disney!!!
  8. Now I have packing anxiety and just ate a king sized whachamacallit candy bar to compensate. Now I feel disgusting. But a great excuse to use this: :barf: I just need to throw some random crap in the RV and move on. :oregonian_winesmiley:
  9. So, from this theard I have learn the following: #1: pack all the clothes you own. #2: Bring pie (or cake), but really, pie. :smug:
  10. As in cake, which is a dessert, which apple pie is as well. Pack apple pie. So, the apple pie is packed. Everything else is a hot, hot mess. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. To quote Shakespeare, "How doth one pack for November at yon beautiful Fort??" We roll out on Wednesday, and I feel like I have brought clothes to cover winter on summit of Mt. Everest, summer in the Sahara, and everything in between. If feel that maybe, just maybe, I have over done it. Living in Texas means I think anything below 70 degrees in cold. Knowing this fact, REALISTICALLY, what type of clothing do we need for days and some evenings at the park???
  12. I will just tell them Lou told me it would only be $17.03. To which the will reply, "if Lou said it, then it shall be." But really, I would never toss Lou under the bus that way. We budgeted for the high price and are hoping to get surprised in a good way. Cuz I suppose they could also say, "you know Lou? That'll be $49.95 a person!" Only kidding :) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I did. I don't know where the heck it went! I just wanted to thank you for looking it up. It helps to have at least some idea of what I will be shelling out and I'm not up to another twilight zone phone call attempt today!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. My main concern was just that I hadn't gone insane. It was just one of those very difficult conversations that make you feel like you are speaking a foreign language. I even, said, "Breakfast is a buffet, correct." The reply, "Yes." I say, "And it's all you can eat?" The reply, "Yes." So I asked, "How then does it matter what I order?".... crickets. Based on her logic, I must log all the food I eat, as I eat it....and I will be eating the heck out of those cheese grits and mickey waffles. She put me on hold again, but I had to go to a meeting (because even though my fiend-life seems to
  15. Duh, that might be important to know. It's actually a breakfast reservation.
  16. So, I just got off the phone with Disney Dining. I was attempting to find out the ACTUAL cost of the Trails End Buffet on November 23rd. We have reservations and some friends from the area are trying to decide whether to join us or not. The girl I spoke with told me that it depended on what I ordered. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but isn't it an all-you-can-eat buffet? As in one price for all? I told her this. She put me on hold to consult with a fellow cast member. She then came back and assured me that it was based on what I ordered. I know there is al la carte take out, but she had m
  17. So, this isn't a picture of my pet...but holy moly, this is a CUTE video...and I just had to share. AAAANNNND....now I want a puppy. http://youtu.be/B7KMLe8H8Rs
  18. This is super! Thanks! We have a fast pass for 7DMT a different day, so we won't try to get any where near that. And after I posted, I realized that we already have a fast pass to meet Rapunzel a different day also. Otherwise, we should be good to go! We'll just see some show and go the parade. Had heard that the later parade was less crowded, but it seems like from what you're saying that might not be the case. Too many decisions - - - head exploding - - - must. self. destruct. -OR- just eat some candy.
  19. So, we are going on Friday, Nov. 21 and DD is mainly interested in Character meet and greets and the shows. Any thoughts on how early we should arrive for shows? Any particular characters that you saw having crazy long lines? I don't actually think she'll be very particular about who she meets...although she does like Rapunzel a lot.
  20. Have a great time! We are going to the party on Nov. 21...I can't wait! We haven't been before and are really looking forward to it. Here's wishing you short lines...and lots and lots 'o magic!
  21. Hmm, $3.25 a bag? I mean, part of the reason I get the ice is to entertain others...ya know, when I am standing there with my cooler, that is too small to hold all the ice the machine spits out? Ice starts flying everywhere whilst I try to catch the remainder with one of those flimsy ice bags? I suppose I could sell tickets to off set the cost....
  22. Welcome to the shenanigans! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
