  1. This is good info...always love to save money....which is hard to do at WDW. As soon As I cross into the front gate it's like - budget? There's a budget?....why yes, honey, we do need a million disney pins...and that snazzy throw blanket...and OOOHHHH mickey wine glasses!!!! You get my drift....
  2. I love them! I need something cute for my little holy terror. Found a disney collar, but she is so tiny, nothing fits. A bandana is a great idea....assuming she will leave it on. Apparently she is not as into disney fashion as I am. Go figure...
  3. You have probably already made your decision, since I am about a month late to the thread BUT....when we bought our fifth wheel, I sent the dealer a ridculously low offer and what I wanted for our trade in thinking I would get a " :rofl2: " in return. Apparently I didn't shoot low enough because they took the offer! Saved us almost $10000 over a similar unit from a different deal who panned our offer. So, ask away!
  4. THAT is not an ooey gooey cinnamon roll....here in Texas, that is what we call a giant cow patty - - - - it looks like a big pile of poo. :rofl2: I like that hat. When we were there in July, hiding under the BAH during a thunderstorm, I have some recollection of a CM telling us the hat was going away. There will still be a BAH at All-Star Movie Resort.
  5. Pumpkin Cheesecake....mmmmm pumpkin cheeesecake...oh how I love thee pumpkin cheesecake. Pumpkin Spice Latte - - - you taste like a foot.
  6. All I know is that we "gas buddied" the prices before leaving the property last trip out and the near by stations on the app listed $3.98 and about....we paid $3.70 at Hess. The truck is diesel...don't know if that makes a difference....
  7. We love this gas station. We have an aux tank in the truck so we carry 60 gallons of fuel in total...That joint magicallys saved us $.30 a gallon vs off property on our last trip out!
  8. Any idea how long these promotions usually last? Must have that throw! DD has one with princesses on it - - - because despite the fact that the world tells her she's too old, she still loves ALL THINGS DISNEY - - including the princesses. When did kids decide that 10 was too old to like such things? Okay, that was a totally off subject rant....just need to get to WDW while the throw is still available :wiz:
  9. As it turns out, I need assistance in all of these areas....so.... :1sm056pullhair:
  10. My late assessment of KSC: As a huge space nerd, I second TCD on how amazing it is there....but certainly not cheap. We did manage to make it alittle cheaper by getting a deal on ONE season pass. That allowed us to park for free and get a discount on tickets for everyone else in the party. General admission also gets you into the Astronaut Hall of Fame which I thought was great, but you need an extra day to see that. It really is a two-day adventure.
  11. We do bring a router and that works out great. I know NOTHING about techie stuff. I think he is just trying to simplify our set up. He knows a lot about networking, so he must have something specific in mind...again, I know nothing about it. It's a miracle I can even type stuff on this board (that might be an exaggeration).
  12. Question being asked by my hubs: Can you bring your own modem to the Fort to access WiFi or do you HAVE to use the ones that come from the Meadows Trading Post? Not sure where he's going with this, but I told him I'd ask. Plus, when asking a question, I get to use my favorite emoji - - - - :smiley-raising-waving-hand:
  13. I'm late to the party, but really enjoying your report, Marty!
  14. Those are AMAZING! What a talent. I am with Mikeypro...love winnie the pooh!
  15. You are my kinda guy! :superhero: :superhero: I am working on next year myself!
  16. I might just have to buy one to watch my kid try to eat it. Then we'll follow it up with Dave's version of a turkey leg.
  17. How many wet ones does it take to clean up that noise? :rofl3:
  18. That is TOTALLY a Pterodactyl....that's why it doesn't have a head.
  19. Disney just wants you to believe they are extinct...to throw you off the trail of finding the truth about the the "turkey" legs.
  20. They do seem super gross. They serve them in Texas at all the county fairs and theme parks...but they generally aren't so giant...or expensive. But she watched a dang documentary on "must have" disney treats and is now convinced that she must have a "machine made" pizza at Pizzafari and a turkey leg. I don't like to eat anything that looks the same on my plate as it did scampering about in the wild. And that leg looks like a leg. I sound like a total weirdo.
  21. Turkey Leg - - - yes or no? Have heard mixed reviews. I don't like drumsticks...daughter wants to try these suckers. I can see feeling like I ripped up $12. Discuss...
  22. Amazing...I love it! :doublebeer: Cheers to you!
  23. Lovely! We will have our sign out too and will be in the 100/200/300 loop area as well. We are traveling with a pup so we are most likely to be in the 300 loop!
  24. Are you all going over Thanksgiving?? We are arriving on Nov 21 and departing on Nov 26th. Hoping to meet some fiends :jumpforjoy
