  1. Anybody know off hand what the Trails End Buffet costs? Or is it an al a carte ordering situation...can't really tell from the website. All expenses must be entered in the spreadsheet - - - or the meal can't happen. :rofl3:
  2. This is great! The gummy bears will put her over the top!
  3. :rofl2: yes. this. We arrive on the 20th and depart the 26th. So maybe we'll try Friday morning. Or, perhaps just make a reservation for Spring Break now and let her pick another place this time.
  4. So, like a big dumb, dummy I failed to make an ADR for Chef Mickey's soon enough...and DD has saved her money because she wanted to go have some mickey shaped waffles with candy on top. Is there anywhere else in all of WDW to have mickey shaped waffles with candy on top?? (other than places like Ohana, which are also completely booked). :TantrumSmiley: :TantrumSmiley: :TantrumSmiley:
  5. Cute Idea! Must see if family would cooperate. This is a dilemma...I also have to figure out why my stupid computer won't load the disney font I downloaded :banghead:
  6. Have decided to make out upstairs living room appear as if Mickey Mouse threw-up everywhere. So far, (despite DH raised eyebrow) I have projected and painted sorcerer Mickey with plans to add donald, goofy, minnie, daisy, and pluto. There is a cut out niche and I was thinking of painting something above it....maybe a quote or our family name. Any suggestions?
  7. :welcrowd: Transportation at the Fort is great! The boats are fun - - and easy transportation to MK. From there we either go to MK or jump on the monorail to get to Epcot. We only use the buses to get to AK and HS. Honestly, the last 3 times we have gone, once we arrive and park the truck, we don't touch it again until we check out. I love it! You can request a certain loop by faxing the request 5 days before arrival..I don't have the number handy, but one of these fiends will jump in with that info. As far as which loop to request, you'll find lots of opinions on that as well. Our favorite
  8. P.S. Another second for TCD. We camped with a group of 5 (including my in-laws) in the smallest trailer E.V.E.R. I almost didn't survive.
  9. We went with a group in May and were split between the Fort and Port Orleans. Are you guys doing a park hopper or 1 park per day? Are the kids of varying ages? We settled on one park per day and did all our fast pass selections in one linked my disney experience account. That way, everyone was clear on which park we were doing when and we'd meet up outside that park. We were lucky in that our group was pretty agreeable to doing whatever and the kids liked the same kind of rides so we didn't have to worry about trying to get one kid to Space Mountain and another to Dumbo. Communication was key
  10. Upon further reflection, I am really disappointed that I didn't think to name my dog Foofy. Such a great name.
  11. Ya'll are so right. We were last there in July, but got all our fast passes for 7pm or later. Granted, we were meeting Anna at Elsa at 10:45 at night, BUT after the fireworks, lots of people clear out. Not to mention that it was MUCH cooler. So basically, we stayed up really late and slept in. Then DD and I would resort hop to trade pins or window shop on Main Street in the late morning. For us, alot of the big rides with the long lines aren't on the list because DD is scared of anything that might have any sort of drop at all... I generally use the crowd calendar to make an educated guess
  12. I am a crazy person...and make plans to go to WDW at the most crowded times of the year. Not on purpose, but out of necessity. The question of the hour is.....wait for it..... What is your favorite and most reliable crowd calendar? Form what I can tell, i've seen the same day on different calendars listed as "don't go near the park" to "you're the only on there." :wine:
  13. They are adorable! Our little daisy is all fluffy - - and look much more sizable until bathtime. She is almost all fur!
  14. Thanks! Looks amazing...totally gonna try it out!
  15. I sent you a message too, but i'm wondering how heavy your sign is. This hanging method looks perfect, but the sign I made is pretty heavy. :1sm056pullhair:
  16. AW, Foofy. Our little maltese Daisy protects us from evil doers. Unless the evil doers have cookies. For one cookie, she'll give them all our stuff.
  17. You know what's funny? When we went to meet her, my husband wasn't totally sold on getting a dog. When they brought her in, she walked right past me, over to my husband and rolled over on his feet. I kid you not! He was putty in her hands.
  18. This is our other dog Lucky - - - also a rescue. I had an internet romance with her 12 years ago on the Humane Society Website. In this picture, she is 16 years old. She is now 17 and 4 months, and really on borrowed time. She has been the best dog, and I can't imagine our home without her.
  19. Is that the helpful quota? One thing? If so, I think I've been helpful at least twice. And if the quota is one thing every 6 years, I'm good until 2022. Sweet!
