  1. She is a maltese and weighs in at just under 7 pounds. She is a tiny little hell raiser. It is a good thing she is cute.
  2. LOL...we are so misunderstood :angel2-smiley:
  3. I STINK at working with stencils. I am much better at projecting and freehand painting. I outline with a paint pen and do very little (if any) shading.
  4. :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2: Can you draw a net for goofy???
  5. Are you offering to help me with my project or Lou with this ping-pong balls? :rofl2: I have been using a black paint pen to do the outline over the pencil lines I make with the projector. Are there other marker types you'd recommend? To fill them in, I'm just using basic $.69 acrylic paint from Michael's because I am cheap.
  6. Ya know, my other dilemma with the whole project is that all my characters MUST be standing on something. For example, the bottom of Mickey's shoes are on top of the baseboard. I can't have random characters floating around (I am illustrating my OCD tendancies). I am doing Fairy Minnie Mouse, so she'll be flying around above the TV niche. They all have to be the same size-ish too. The front wall has a TV niche and these two weirdo niches on either side that quite frankly make no sense. They might get shelves eventually, which would give the characters something to stand on. :1sm056pullhair:
  7. Like a talking mime? Perhaps she could be the anti-mime, or a mime on opposite day. But yeah, Baylor is the back-up.
  8. HMMM, I might be about to work with the net on the 2nd one. The drawings have to be pretty simplistic for me to work with.
  9. I wonder how far in advance I would know the price...I'm not sure I can stomach (pun intended) $90 for breakfast if it does hit the upper limit for adults. I mean, holy crap! My daughter wants those damn mickey waffles, but these bad boys better come with more than candy on top. An 18K gold souvenir fork perhaps? Will Mickey actually feed me the waffles personally?
  10. I I have been waiting for the opportunity to blame Dave for something...
  11. This might also be above my skill level. If someone else hasn't drawn it for me, it's not happening...but it's a good idea!!!!
  12. If she goes in the street mime direction, I fear she will be living in my garage for eternity...cuz mimes are creepy and she can't come in the house dressed like that. And as far as that volleyball in florida thing, I'm pretty scared of out-o-state tuition. At this point, she thinks she's going to Baylor like her Dad. I'm thinking a lovely state school is in order. Perhaps street miming IS the way to go.
  13. SO, I am painting a bunch of disney characters on the walls of our upstairs livingroom. I wanted some of them to be doing my daughters favorite things. For example, she likes stories about magic - - - thus Sorcerer Mickey. I also have tigger playing the violin because she plays the violin. My question is, I found a picture of goofy playing basketball that I can project it on the wall and trace it, but she doesn't play basketball. I removed the basketball and replaced it with a volleyball in photoshop. The question is...does it look weird? I mean, in the strictest sense...he's not dressed f
  14. This could be a game show called "What Happened at the Fort." Teams compete to convince others their theory is correct...or dinner theater...where the whole scene gets re-enacted. You could win a car....or a free night in the lightening-struck meth lab trailer. Just spit ballin' here.
  15. So, my 10 year old daughter is considered an "adult" when it comes to paying an entrance fee and for meals, but is NOT an adult when it comes time to ride a ride. Not that she would ever ride anything alone...because (a. she is a scaredy cat and (b. I won't let her. BUT it does seem that the definition of "adult" is a moving target.
  16. "Spendy" HaHaHaHa!!! A new word for me. Can't wait to use it. :rofl2: :rofl2: :rofl2:
  17. Don't think the hubs and I have not discussed chunking it all and getting jobs at Disney corporate in Florida. It is on the table for after daughter graduates high school and goes off to college. Unless she gets a volleyball scholarship, in which case we have to be close enough to go to games. She's only 10, so there is lots of time for her to decide to quit volleyball in favor of become a street mime. Oh, but some day, we shall live by disneyworld.
  18. This is my devil dog daisy...she is cute as can be...and she's the devil - but we love her anyway!!!
  19. I feel like we have personal spies...I must one day visit this "HUB" of Disney wonder...can someone sneak me on?? :rofl2: I have made a reservation at Trail's End...told Husband that is was $20 a person. We have tables in wonderland, so I won't be too far off. Of course my daughter is 10 and considered an "adult".
