Your Favorite Park Carry-in
cindymac11 replied to cindymac11's topic in WDW and Disney Park Discussions
The previously mentioned cooler backpack has arrived. I haven't seen it, but husband confirms that there is NO adult beverage dispenser and NO frisbee. He also says it's too big. *sigh* -

I enjoy bag check. Those guys have always been friendly and jolly. I like jolly people - like Santa Claus. -

So it was NOT my sparkling personality that kept my bag from being rooted in? :gaah: -
Excuse me, how did I not know this was a thing??? We stayed at All-Star Movie Resort in '08 and enjoyed it. DD was 4 and thought it was the best.

Jason is the best. He just found me a reservation for next Christmas at the Fort...when Disney showed they had nothing. Jason = awesome.

My previous sack was a wally-world special and fell apart. It had lots of pockets too, but they only ever checked the big one....so I breeze right through. But perhaps it is less about the bag and more about my shining face and sparkling personality. I'm a delight, dammit! >:D >:D >:D -

It was started by yours truely because I was superdy-duperdy excited about my "free" cooler backpack and was curious about what other people like to use to lug their stuff into the parks. An innocent comment from Jason about Vodka (are comments about liquor every REALLY inncoent?) sent us in a whole new direction. I am now quite concerned that may backpack does not have an adult beverage dispenser and did not include a free frisbee. :rofl2: -

Especially when used to dispense your boxed wine into a dixie cup. So classy.... -

Although I do also enjoy those giant moonshine like bottles of wine with a screw off cap. Cork is also overrated. -

I should look into the platinum pass deal. We have sea world season pass, but sadly, don't get there too often. We go out to Florida for Disney so often, it might be cool to pop over to the Sea World or Busch Gardens now and then too. And you gotta love goodwill :) -

We have a seaworld here in San Antonio and they can be strict about you bring in. My experience at Disney has been that they'll let me bring in anything in my little cooler backpack...we shove all kinds of crap in there and never get questioned at all. They do look carefully for straws at AK, but otherwise it seems fair game. We almost always carry in one meal. And then eat ice cream or popcorn or dole whips for the other meal. Yep, we're that family. Bad mommy! :drool1: -
