  1. Sorry you were so sick when we stopped by....you wife looked to be feeling much better. ^-^ Your son is so cute handsome....he was having a great time running around with the walkie-talkies and petting the neighbors scottie dogs. Don't forget...we expect a TR!
  2. I can tell you we saw a family turned away from Toy Story for being too late with their Fast Passes....they were not a happy family.....
  3. Do you have children? There are three nice playgrounds to visit. Take sand toys and play at the beach. There are also afternoon games/crafts at the pool for kids. There are pony rides for small children at the stables or horseback trail rides for big kids. Watch the blacksmith shoe the horses. Check out the calliope in the horsebarn and watch some of the horses get a bath and get groomed. Get a take out pizza or Giddy-Up-And-Go meal from Trails End take-out and sit at the beach to watch fireworks. Sit in a rocking chair at Crockett's and people-watch. Play tennis at the courts by the pool. Bri
  4. He delivers at a mutually agreeable time...Kenny will always work with you.
  5. Believe it or not...we stopped at the trading post yesterday and all of the Fort Blankies were gone! Maybe people were buying them because of the cold snap here?? Also, the coffee mugs have been out of stock for the last two weeks.
  6. Ok....so we've been playing most of the day....we have about 25 different cards. There still is not much challenge to the game and "type" of spell and number of "points" still don't appear to mean anything yet. And the game didn't care if we used the same spell card more than once. Our journey as sourcerers took us to Fantasyland, Adventureland and Frontierland, and Main Street three times around. We never did get sent to Tomorrowland. Before we left we ventured over to check the portals in Tomorrowland. There didn't seem to be any aroumd there so we assume maybe they weren't working? It was o
  7. We have been playing Sorcerer's this past week. Right now I would have to say that the game will not hold the attention of smaller children under about 7 years or so. There really isn't anything interactive to do...you stand on the pad, listen to the video, show your spell card and get directed to the next portal. The portal will be in the same area where you've been playing in (like Adventureland) until you finish all the portals and you're told the villian is caught. (I believe there are 7 villians). We haven't finished all the areas yet, but I'm hoping the game will get more interesting as
  8. Three different kinds of buses....I'm sure Lou can tell us which is which.... :)
  9. Save your $$ and go for the cinnamon rolls in MK. I found the sticky buns at TR to be quite dry tasting. Yes, I agree...very yummy! :)
  10. I have never been asked to show my AP when checking in at the Fort. Also never had to put it on my reservation. Another thing to check is the AAA rate which is "usually" cheaper than the AP rate. I DID have to put my AAA number on the reservation but did NOT have to show the card at check in.
  11. We have used Indian Forest and St John's (which is next to the flea market). Both are okay for overnight. St John's is Passport America and a good value for 1/2 price. You need to make a reservation at St John's as they only have about 12 transient sites of which about 8 fit big rigs over 35 feet. Both parks are gravel/sand and the office personnel were polite and helpful. Indian Forest is a little quieter since it's further off the interstate. The flea market (which runs on weekends) was not so good - lots of cheap plastic stuff, total junk and cheap tools - was still a good place to walk off
  12. The CMs on the right were telling everybody the boats are shut down and to take the bus! It is so windy today that while trying to dock the boat was slamming into the dock. Check out the flags on the boat. Golf cart parking area by the marina is full so there will be a lot of unhappy campers tonight. One couple we spoke with said it took them over 90 minutes to get back from MK. Lou....thank goodness the busses can pick up the slack (and I mean that in the nicest way :) )!!
  13. http://disneyworld.d...uickService.pdf Here is a link to the QS Plan brochure on Disney's website. The second page has a list of the restaurants. Enjoy! :)
  14. Sorry to have missed you. We were only a few sites down in the 700 loop Every time we went by you were either gone or in the middle of lunch/dinner and we didn't want to bother you. Hope to meet you another time.
  15. Thank you...it was taken yesterday about 6pm with my trusty point-n-shoot Nikon. Nothing altered except a couple of people's heads cropped off the bottom.
  16. Ahhhh....nope.....we will be there for May and then we have plans for September and then again in early December. And due to a conflict, we won't be able to get to the October GG this year. Aiden's going to miss you. He says the FF women are his "ladies" !!!
  17. Oh no!!!! We will only be at the Fort during May and will miss you!!! :gaah: You need to move your reservations to May!!!
